So many delicious flavors in their food. Definitely did not disappoint . Their fresh veggies rolls in particular were interesting and flavorful. Cant wait to go back and get more!“

“I went here Saturday evening to have dinner with my 3 sisters and we had such a great time!
The food was so fresh and delicious!
Our waitress was fantastic she was super attentive without being intrusive, she brought all the extra things we requested and was on top of it all and had such a great personality, forgive me I can’t recall her name at this moment. She had a wonderful attitude and really helped us navigate the menu as one sister has food sensitivities and allergies as well.
We started our meal with the avocado roll and the vegetable tempura both were delicious and not too filling to interfere with dinner.the peanut hoisin sauce was a perfect pairing to the avocado roll.
I had the yellow curry , the chicken was cooked perfectly, I asked for medium heat and it did not disappoint, it was creamy and had deep rich flavor and everything was cooked to perfection, the roti was soft, buttery with nice crispy spots..mmm!
One sister had the basil fried rice it has such great flavor; lots of chicken and vegetables all cooked perfectly.
One sister got the Roasted Chicken Ramen and said the broth had a nice rich body of flavor , she had no complaints which is usually as she usually can find a flaw with most dishes, she even took the rest home.
Sister with the allergy ordered the short rib ramen with no mushrooms it came with mushrooms and when the waitress offered to have it replaced since it was wrong, my sister stated she was allergic the waitress asked if she would like the same thing minus the mushrooms this time or would she like something different, she chose the duck ramen in place of the short rib, the waitress brought it back to the kitchen for replacement, she returned moments later to inform us that all of the broths with the exception of the chicken were made with mushrooms: but stated they could make the duck or the short rib with the chicken broth , she chose to go with the duck and was super pleased with it! Winner , winner chicken , duck dinner.
3 of us enjoyed the honey , ginger tea, it smelled and tasted so good , lots of ginger taste!
I am looking forward to returning with some friends who would enjoy it very much, till I return I will dream of the flavor of my curry.

“If you live local to Blue Mango, you would do yourself a favor by giving it a try. Elevated Asian food! We always feel satisfied but NOT overly full. Do not expect your typical poo-poo platter for 2, with too much food. Smaller portions but fresh and delicious.“

We tried drunken noodles and pad Thai because you know you have to order these dishes to test a Thai restaurant out. Both passed with flying colors. Portions are generous.
