I love Kung Fu Tea, but this is the first one I’ve been to that has been awful. First time I went I ordered two drinks and the system was down. Didn’t even know they got the order, couldn’t fulfill it, and could give me a refund. Thought it was a one off. Went back a second time months later and ordered one drink. Certainly the best spot in Manch to get boba tea. The staff members were super friendly and provided quick service.
My favorite tea coconut milk tea which I usually get was not good there was no ice and the girls behind the counter was ruder than I ever had and I was very displeased with the service I don't understand how the manager can except that behavior being given to the paying customers and the tea's are not cheap and for getting that kind of service was very sad for them to be so unpleasant to the customers they really need training in how to be pleasant and smile and say thank you...read full review
