Masa Japanese Hibachi is my favorite sushi and hibachi restaurant in New Hampshire! The atmosphere is welcoming and their menu has something for everyone. Every dish was incredibly fresh and delicious. What really sets this place apart is the amazing service. The Manager Jackie and our waitress Georgia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made our visit unforgettable. If you’re looking for outstanding sushi, hibachi, and exceptional service, Masa is a must-visit!

Good place to eat and they service is really good.
Just went earlier tonight with my wife and my father for Father's Day. The chef we had was PHENOMENAL! He's got to be the best one there 😀 (otherwise, I'm sure all the others are just as awesome!) he was very skilled, personable, entertaining and engaging! Not to mention quite the hand/eye coordination! 😉 The food was delicious, the service was so kind and sweet to us, especially for my father. Everything was wonderful 😊
I'll definitely be back!!(More frequently if the prices ever go down a little lol)....either way, it was TOTALLY worth the money!

Good food at decent prices. Large menu. Vegetable sushi rolls were well-filled and fresh. High bench seats on booths give lots of privacy. Server was polite and patient with my grandkids.
Went for hibachi last night with a family of 6. The food was plentiful, delicious, flavorful, and well cooked. The service was impeccable, and they graciously handled notification of seafood allergies. The hibachi chef was entertaining and clearly skilled; he kept our little one (and the entire table) entranced with both cooking tricks and balloon making. The allergy info was clearly shared, as the chef mentioned it too before cooking. It’s always loud there, but it masked the laughter of our little one as he played with his balloon sword and hat. They even replaced the balloon when it broke. We had reservations, and were seated immediately. Highly recommend!

Unless you go with little kids then you won’t get any attention for the entertainment. My 12 and 16year old were completely ignored. They were very disappointed.
They sat way too many people at the tables. No elbow room at all.
Food tasted as good as anywhere else. Nothing special.
Won’t be back.

Overcrowded , poorly managed , mediocre food.
Decided to give this place another try. So incredibly disappointed . The food was microwaved this time and not fresh at all. My son and mothers shrimp ice cold in the middle. That is absolutely not okay. Also, table was dirty and sticky. Not sure what’s happening to this place but it is going way downhill. Guess was my last visit. Especially for the terrible price and quality.
It's fairly standard Hibachi fare, tasty but not necessarily standiny out from the competition. On the plus side servers were very nice and had no problems working with us on substitutions (e.g. double rice instead of vegetables). On the negative side I wish they offered more sauce options (most places have 2-3, here only yumyum sauce), and I wish the atmosphere wasn't trying to be so trendy club-like.

The service was horrible from start to finish. Our waitress actually spit onto the hibachi grill while taking our orders, and rice flew out of her mouth. When this was brought to her attention, instead of handling it properly, she picked up the rice and threw it on the floor—and never cleaned the grill. We asked her multiple times to clean it, and she refused. Even when the cook came over, we explained the situation and asked him to clean it as well, but he also ignored our requests.
On top of that, my sister has a shellfish allergy, so her meal was supposed to be prepared separately in the kitchen. However, her food was never brought out. By the time the rest of us had finished eating and were ready to leave, she still hadn’t received her meal. The waitress never checked on our table unless we flagged her down. When we finally asked about my sister’s food, she admitted she forgot and went to check. She came back saying the kitchen was still working on it—but this was already 30 minutes after everyone else had been served and finished eating and we truly think she didn't put the order in at all.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, attention, and basic customer service was unacceptable. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
I highly enjoyed my visit to MASA. Haven’t been here in years but wanted to give it another go given my usual spot down the road went downhill. The service was attentive and kind and the show was so much fun. Our chef only performed for 4 at our table, but still gave it his all. Lots of fun and the food was cooked perfectly. They also were very considerate to our shellfish allergy. Do recommend coming here!

We arrived early, had a drink at the bar waiting for the rest of our group, and loved the bar. Bartender was excellent, knew the drinks, could offer variations, all around good experience and nice atmosphere. The restaurant area was nicely decorated and spacious, but way too loud and the chairs around the grill were much too close together. Difficult to communicate with each other as well as the chef. The filet mignon and scallops were very good and the portions large. The rice and veggies were a bit bland.

Story time. Every year for my birthday my request is always Masa we have the best time and take so many smiling pictures. But not this year! We arrived party of 8 there was an hour wait no big deal its worth it! We get seated and excited everyone chatting and placing orders. The waitress approached us and said only 4 had ordered hibachi at a grill for 8 she was displeased We didn't know that anyone was ordering sushi and other items. She exclaims chef pay impact. We humbly apologize feeling sorry for any inconvenience. The chef arrives.. I have a 20 in my hand to tip him extra for our error. He comes out before cooking shoots suki once at us.... then head down cooks the food no tricks no other engagements with us at all. When food was done I was so disappointed we took no photos the entire meal. Now I totally get the issue but I put my 20 tip away and was like ok fine. Birthday gong with whats supposed to be a ice cream comes out at the end. It was a melted pile of milk! They hate us! I had no fun or joy at my birthday celebration my children and family felt horrible for me! Listen I do get it but our total bill for our party came to $450 we spent 450 and were treated with disgust and unkindness. We would have spent less had we all ordered just hibachi but here we are paying 450 no show no excitement and mediocre food at best! We will not be returning in the future ever! Even girls nights out are now changing to a new location where we aren't treated so poorly!

we had a pickup order, but when we got our order, we could see that the design of the sit-down restaurant is very nice. the menu items we ordered (udon stir fry and one of their specialty sushi rolls) were delicious and fresh, and they were packed very nicely. professionally friendly hosts and very organized wait staff
