The food was AMAZING. I ordered the falafel and it practically melted in my mouth. It had wonderful, delicate spicing, and it wasn't dry. I also had the stuffed grape leaves. They were superb - once again, they were delicately flavored and spiced. Just perfect. We got desserts to bring home, too, and they were so, so, so delicious. The owner served us and he was super-friendly and helpful.
The food at Matbah is fantastic. I travel extensively including Turkey and the Middle East. The food is always fresh and I am never disappointed. Kudos to Omar and his family-Manchester needed a restaurant like yours.
The best fresh food ever. No grease. Not heavy feeling after you eat like most places. Every one should try there food. and the kindness from the staff. They have pillows on there couches so you can feel like your home eating dinner. We loved it there
