This is the best. Why? If you donât value the flavors of culinary tradition you might not notice but Bearded Baking upholds centuries of culinary arts and then adds innovation on top, sometimes literally on top. And this time, the Parisian torte was not fudge.

I stopped in early this morning and grabbed a couple of donuts, a Lobster Tail and asked if you had any scones. They were still baking but your friendly staff agreed to let me pay for it and come back after I finished grocery shopping.
I chose the lemon and it was waiting for me when I walked in. It did not disappoint!!!
We also had your Christmas cupcake 6-pack and shared an order of cinnamon rolls with our adult kids for Christmas morning. Everything we've tried has always been delicious!

i had recently ordered a few pies and i found a long straight black hair in my pie, when i picked up my pies, from a girl named kristen, she was very rude to me and my daughter, i am very dissatisfied with the service from here and i do not recommend!

The baked goods are great but it doesnât excuse the owners extremely unprofessional attitude. Picked up an order for over 230 dollars for my mother. I brought it home and it was missing multiple items. My mom called the store to ask if she was charged for the missing items. Instead of being a professional, apologizing and trying to make it right the owner proceeded to defend his employees saying that they could never make a mistake, asking if we left it in the car, or even worse accusing us of lying about the missing items. All we were looking for was the pricing so we could determine if we were charged for the missing items. We figured out how much the items we actually received cost and figured out we were overcharged by $70.00 dollars. To make matters worse I actually tipped them an extra $25.00 dollars. Sad when loyal customers are treated so poorly.

While the food at The Bearded Baker is fine, my experience with their customer service and communication left much to be desired. I placed an order for a custom cake, and their website clearly stated that it could take a week to receive a reply. After the week passed, I finally received an email stating that they could accommodate my requestâif I changed my pickup date to a later one than originally planned. I agreed, as long as it was before 1 pm. Unfortunately, I never heard from them again.
I waited another week before calling the store, where I spoke with a woman who promised to check with the cake designer and confirm. Days went by, and still no response. After four more days of silence, I sent another email, only to hear nothing back. Eventually, I had to find another local cake artist to fulfill my order, as I was left feeling uncertain whether Iâd be ready in time for my motherâs birthday celebration.
The lack of communication and the disregard for a customer's special event is incredibly frustrating. It's disheartening to feel like youâre being left in limbo, especially when planning something meaningful. Unfortunately, neither I nor anyone in my office will be returning to this business after this experience. Itâs a shame because the food might be decent, but the customer service left me thoroughly disappointed.

This place has the most amazing baked goods in the area.. I would highly recommend the strawberry shortcake and the homemade donuts.. Oh wait thereâs more everything from tiramisu to cookies. This place is definitely a munchy overload.

Bearded baking company is hands down my favorite spot to grab breakfast and a coffee, their breakfast sandwiches are amazing and the employees are always so kind to everyone who walks through the door. Not to mention that their baked goods are on another level as they clearly have some very talented people working there. Theyâre always adding new stuff to the menu and keeping it exciting for their customers and they go above and beyond to deliver the same quality for every product and on top of that the food is always fresh. If youâre looking for quality food and a good experience this is definitely the place to go!
Went here because one of my dear friends has the honor of working here. I got to bring my bearded dragon for the trip, and also tried out their coldbrew! The shop is very cute, in a good location and smells like heaven from all the pastries.
