After a horrible sushi experience elsewhere, I had to go to Osaka to make it right! Food is always delicious and staff are friendly and will remember you. Maguro Awase is a great start, and I can't skip their ginger dressing on a green salad, with a few sushi rolls. I also enjoy their hibachi. Reliable choice for a good meal!

They have excellent service and their food is truly authentic Japanese. I would recommend it to anybody who loves authentic Japanese food and those who would love to learn what authentic taste like I give them 10 out of 10 because they are well versed in their making of sushi, hibachi soup, salad, and other things they have on their menu.

Great sushi! Great price! When my teen kids get to pick our restaurant this is one of their favorites and I’m always happy with the choice. Definitely worth checking out if you like sushi.

Parking: Short walk from multiple garages in you can’t find street parking.

A beautiful snug sushi restaurant! The service was quick and offered refills quickly. The sushi itself was the best sushi I have ever had! I loved their tobiko and ikura sushi especially. I hope to come here again.

I have never had better ramen in my entire life. The broth is luxurious and the noodles are amazing.Generous portions for the price. My dining companion absolutely raved about the sushi. Can't wait to go back

I don’t normally post bad reviews, I rather post good ones but this one was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
We ordered take out tonight and settled on Osaka in Manchester because of all the great reviews. We put in our order, a whole bunch of stuff, came out to $90 roughly. My husband goes and picks up food and brings it home and I start separating it out for my kids. First thing we noticed was they charged us extra for a marinated egg in the ramen and when we open the ramen, none of the eggs were marinated. Fine, that’s not a deal breaker. Then I got to split the pad Thai and I see a giant thick black hair stuck to a piece of broccoli and a noodle. 🤢 that’s were I draw the line. So my husband calls and lets them know and we asked for a refund, offered to send them a picture via email and the lady who said she was the manager argued with us over the phone. Said we would have to bring all the food back for a refund. I let her know I threw it away and I don’t live by there, and now I have wasted an hour and need to find somewhere else to feed my kids. She proceeded to argue, and so finally I had enough and went through the garbage and got everything I could. The ramen was still in the bowl untouched, and the fried rice. My husband takes it all back and then she argues with him more. Saying now she only is going to refund the pad Thai. My husband at this point was like no I just want my refund and be on my way. A guy from the back came out and told her to stop arguing and he handed my husband the refund. As my husband was leaving she told him never to come back again.
I get restaurants make mistakes, I get things happen but that customer service was the worst I’ve experienced and as you all know customer service has gone way down since Covid….. accountability goes a long ways.
we won’t be back. We love supporting local and small business but not when they treat customers like that.
