Nice place to enjoy some well prepared food. They serve locally sourced eggs and the lunch bowl I had was delicious. Good attentive staff.

Healthy options. Great selection. Excellent service. Even better - great food. And there are meaty options; not all vegan/vegetarian.Tacos, avocado toast, and a bowl that my wife ordered. All top notch. Great work, folks.

Good food but not at all kid friendly. I had my young children there and they were obviously unwelcome. I wouldn't go there if you have children with you. Our waitress was super friendly, it was management that was super rude.

I visited Restoration Cafe today. I love the service, I love the clean eating concept. This cafe does it great, and I just enjoy the environment.Avocado ToastThe Tab Sandwich, impossible burger, coffee, homefr

The service from the counter girls was great, and the food is always delicious. It's nicely decorated with a clear theme, and the seating is ample. Our food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. All said -- the older gentleman in the BOH with a beard and glasses is quite a bit less than kind to the FOH staff. It's hard to ignore with an open kitchen. I felt badly for the girls and left a bigger tip than I usually would, since no one really deserves to deal with that attitude in the workplace. I'm not sure if he's the owner, but he came across as condescending and unnecessarily cross to the FOH staff.

Super cute and very cosy cafe. It is small but you can always find a seat. Good menu, not much, but great for breakfast and brunch. Service is slow, but in a good way, you have enough time to sit, relax and talk to your friends.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free options and can adjust any dish.

The most unprofessional I've ever seen. Will not return. Absolutely shocked at how rude owner is to customers.

Probably the best cafe in Manchester. The coffee is really good and the food has always been delicious. Good luck finding parking.

I had an average sandwich here (Restoration TAB) - nothing special, but it filled a lunch need. Can't really go wrong with a sandwich. The side of popcorn was the best part! I was disappointed to learn that they don't have decaf coffee options. Hopefully that will change in time. The hot cocoa is a bit too chocolatey. And their cookies are very dry. I was hoping for much more. The drinks in beakers and the popcorn seem like the coolest thing going on here. My friend had a mocha here and said the coffee was strong, so maybe this is a good place for caffeinated coffee drinkers.

***Not a safe place for children!!!***This past weekend I was eating lunch in this restaurant and witnessed the owner behave in a completely unprofessional and sickening way. My spouse and I watched as he approached a family with two small children and confronted them over moving two chairs to accommodate their party size. I work in the restaurant business and see this done regularly, so I was extremely shocked to see the owner become aggressive with them over something that happens in restaurants everyday. What I can't get over is the shock and fear I witnessed on that family's small children's faces when a stranger became aggressive with who I can only assume is their father. It's an image I can't seem to get out of my head, they were truly terrified! With that being said, I would highly recommend to never give this restaurant your business if this is how the owner behaves. Especially, if you have small children because it is absolutely not a safe environment for them!

Used to frequent this place. It seems that within the last year or so it has gone downhill. My recent visit will be my last. The staff are aloof and untrained. There was feces smeared all over the toilet and not soap or paper towels. I brought this note staff and they said if have to go find another restroom as they were understaffed and couldn't clean it. They didn't even shut down the restroom. I've had other recent experiences where they were downright nasty. For such a simple menus and concept it baffles me they can't get it right. Not sure if it's maybe under new management or their hiring standards have been lowered. It's too bad, it was a convenient location for a healthy lunch downtown. I'll drive the 5 miles now for a more pleasurable experience.

I've only had coffee here, but it was excellent. I've been twice, and one of those times, I witnessed some really uncomfortable and abhorrent behavior from the owner. The women working there are pleasant enough, but the owner is not. Another reviewer already prefaced the same event I witnessed, but two weeks ago, I saw the owner aggressively approach a man with his family over moving two chairs, which were in a small area at the front. The cafe was very busy and this was the only area for this family to go. The owner said "I don't come into your house and move your furniture." The man (who didn't even have the opportunity to purchase anything, so the business lost out on that), responded appropriately defensively, and the owner got in his face as if to start a physical altercation. Overall, it was super awkward and uncool to witness. If I ever get coffee here again, it will definitely be to go.
