🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 was really cool to see how they make their ice cream. I was so fascinated.😅
Maybe it was because we used the almond base, but this was absolutely the worst ice cream me and my wife have ever had. We were excited for a non dairy option but the texture was inconsistent, the flavor was poor, and once it started melting it was gelatinous. Ultimately, we were not able to finish both and threw them out. Additionally, the person behind the counter was distracted by some people she knew that were in the shop but were not customers and mixed the wrong flavor combo for one order. Sadly, we won’t be back.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We were thrilled to host the Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream program as part of our Summer Reading Program, and it was a huge success! The presenter captivated our audience with a fun demonstration that blended science and dessert in the most exciting way. Children and families were amazed by the liquid nitrogen process and loved learning how science and chemistry can be both educational and delicious. We’re grateful to Sub Zero for helping us bring this unique, STEM-focused event to our community. It was a perfect fit for our summer programming and truly helped make learning cool!
Best Ice cream in NH and as a truck driver that travels in main 48, best Ice cream in the US! Something about the process in the way they craft the ice cream that makes it super creamy and they do it all right there in front of you. If you're in Manchester, you need to give it a try!
This place is a complete rip off my ice cream.was a mess waffle was mushy and this was definitely not like going to the Puritan. disgusting sloppy delivery
If I could offer 0 stars at this point I think I would. Feels like 105, and they have one employee…ONE…dashers begging for orders…my husband tried to go get it after an hour and a predicted delivery of 45 minutes. He was completely ignored in the store and finally left the when the dasher started asking for my order. My husband got home 15 minutes ago. My one ice cream, ordered around 7, still hasn’t left the store….its now 9:08 pm
SubZero has come to my school a few times to give a demonstration to my second grade classes. The information is age appropriate, the science experiments are engaging, and the presenter is fun and knowledgeable. The best part is the ice cream treat at the end for all the kids and teachers! Highly engaging and highly recommend.

Sub zero was a great experience. Live science show + ice cream = FUN. David did such a great job presenting and provided excellent customer service. Would recommend 5* / 5!!! Fun for all ages!
Brought in Sub Zero for an in house field trip for my students. Mark did an awesome presentation all STEM related. The students loved watching the experiments and learning about liquid nitrogen. It ended with fresh homemade ice cream that everyone devoured! Will totally have them back for another presentation!

Visiting Manchester today, and met Patty & David whom of which both have excellent customer service skills. We really enjoyed our Icecreams!!! Highly recommended!
Thanks so much!! Will be back again!
Love this place! The liquid nitrogen thing is more than a gimmick. You get to mix and match flavors to make your own delicious concoctions. Of course, I have my favorites, but sometimes it's good to try different combinations of flavors and textures. I've always been treated well by the staff and the prices are quite reasonable. Bonus: Sit at the elevated window table for great people watching!
If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by SubZero Nitrogen Ice Cream—it’s not just dessert, it’s an experience.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but what truly made this visit special was the gentleman behind the counter. A sweet, middle-aged man with a kind smile and infectious enthusiasm, he didn’t just make ice cream, he created a moment to remember. He took the time to ask about my flavor preferences, walked me through the nitrogen process with genuine excitement, and crafted a cup of creamy perfection with so much care it felt like a small act of art.
The texture of the ice cream was incredibly smooth, the flavor rich and satisfying, and watching it being made fresh right in front of me was half the fun. But what really stood out was the human touch—this wasn’t just customer service, it was hospitality at its finest.
Thank you for the delicious treat and the lovely memory. I’ll absolutely be back, and next time, I’m bringing friends.
prices are very reasonable, easy to find, and staff is great. Customize your ice cream, made to order in minutes with your choice of dairy/non-dairy basevoptions and ingredients. Place is SMALL (4 tables shared with another business). I ordered #7 Cherry Charge regular size (middle of the 3 sizes available). Online ordering also makes it pretty convenient. Kid friendly.
It was my first time there, it was lovely. Can't wait to go back!
