Do NOT order here. My boyfriend and I are both severely allergic to nuts (anaphylaxis level). He wanted to order Tiger's Blood. I asked the attendant 3 TIMES if it contained nuts prior to ordering and explained we have a food allergy; the staff said "they didn't know what the flavor was but could GUARANTEE it did not contain nuts". My boyfriend immediately had a reaction after eating several bites. Our friend obtained the allergen list (why was this list not offered to us by staff or double-checked as soon as we said the word allergy???) and Tiger's Blood contains TREE NUTS. Absolute negligence.

I had arrive to this place to try it out and all went well until I noticed the person that assisted me touching his face, the counter, the earbud and clothes. He then touched the waffle cones, broke them up and placed into container for my ice cream and then wiped his hands on pants/shirt. An assistant came to help and never washed her hands from what she was previously doing nor wore gloves and continued to finish making the ice cream. They both grabbed a spoon out of dirty water from previous preparations of the ice cream and then returned it once done folding over the ice cream and finished the product.
I was discussed on the cross contamination, lack of awareness that hand washing or glove wearing are a critical part of handling peoples foot. They even touched the terminal and handled money after touching/preparing my food.
Please fix this behavior and be mindful of the importance in hand washing to avoid illness.
I won't be back.

Really like the ice cream there it’s good but the people working there are really non social and just overall weird. It’s always quiet and awkward in there with the whole vibe being off. Definitely think they should hire new staff in replace of the current ones.

Vegetarian options: Vegan ice cream is good

I’ve ordered multiple times from this place.. they were outstanding in the beginning and now they’re terrible, constantly missing ingredients and as you can see in this picture this ā€œquartā€ isn’t even half full. Never ordering from them again, the people working there don’t have a clue what they’re doing.

Would just like to shoutout Sub Zero’s ice cream cakes! A great option for a customizable cake!

It was our first time here, and we had no idea what to expect. It was really cool to see how they made the ice cream using the nitrogen. The only knock on the experience is the wait time because of how the ice cream is made, but the quality and taste make up for it.

Awesome experience for our event yesterday. Everyone loved the ice cream and the entertainment value of liquid nitrogen was an added bonus for guests. Very responsive, clear and proactive communication.

Very off putting vibe. May be a money laundering front. Surprise baked potatoes. 10/10 would visit again.

The two staff working on 5/5 had zero personality, they said all of 4 words to us. My son ordered dragon breath and they just looked at him. When he went back up to get them they just said ā€œyou have to pay for themā€ā€¦.apparently they never added it when he ordered the ice cream? Super weird and uncomfortable environment. Ice cream was good.

If you’re lactose intolerant/allergic like I am, don’t expect to be served a sweet treat. I’m so disappointed, my ice cream looked like it was mixed with water and absolutely no sugar. It was bitter, only consumable by the chocolate chips inside it, and yet I threw out half of it because it had no flavor. Shaved ice would’ve tasted better than that. Don’t call it lactose free cream if it’s nothing like the original cream you offer.

Dietary restrictions: Lactose free cream tastes horrible. It’ll make your ice cream bitter. Do not spend the 10$ for that.

Very disappointed in this place. The lack of acknowledgement and comprehension of the employees were ridiculous. I literately had to ask if I can place an order after standing in line over 15mins. My son ordered a mango bubble tea and it tasted rancid. My husband ordered the chocolate dipped waffle bowl with the strawberry icecream who had topping in it like chocolate chips and m&ms which they had a picture of as advertising. He got nothing but the waffle bowl and strawberry ice cream, we had to ask for the toppings.
I ordered an AƧaĆ tropical bowl regular sized. I got a small size with 4 pieces of mangoes 4 strawberries from the packaged sauce one, sprinkles of honey and a few granola clumps. For almost $9! And since I’m not exaggerating here’s a picture of the aƧaĆ bowl I got. It wasn’t a BOWL it was a CUP! As you can see, it didn’t even make it to the top!
