SubZero has come to my school a few times to give a demonstration to my second grade classes. The information is age appropriate, the science experiments are engaging, and the presenter is fun and knowledgeable. The best part is the ice cream treat at the end for all the kids and teachers! Highly engaging and highly recommend.
Sub zero was a great experience. Live science show + ice cream = FUN. David did such a great job presenting and provided excellent customer service. Would recommend 5* / 5!!! Fun for all ages!
Brought in Sub Zero for an in house field trip for my students. Mark did an awesome presentation all STEM related. The students loved watching the experiments and learning about liquid nitrogen. It ended with fresh homemade ice cream that everyone devoured! Will totally have them back for another presentation!
Visiting Manchester today, and met Patty & David whom of which both have excellent customer service skills. We really enjoyed our Icecreams!!! Highly recommended!
Thanks so much!! Will be back again!
Love this place! The liquid nitrogen thing is more than a gimmick. You get to mix and match flavors to make your own delicious concoctions. Of course, I have my favorites, but sometimes it's good to try different combinations of flavors and textures. I've always been treated well by the staff and the prices are quite reasonable. Bonus: Sit at the elevated window table for great people watching!
If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by SubZero Nitrogen Ice Cream—it’s not just dessert, it’s an experience.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but what truly made this visit special was the gentleman behind the counter. A sweet, middle-aged man with a kind smile and infectious enthusiasm, he didn’t just make ice cream, he created a moment to remember. He took the time to ask about my flavor preferences, walked me through the nitrogen process with genuine excitement, and crafted a cup of creamy perfection with so much care it felt like a small act of art.
The texture of the ice cream was incredibly smooth, the flavor rich and satisfying, and watching it being made fresh right in front of me was half the fun. But what really stood out was the human touch—this wasn’t just customer service, it was hospitality at its finest.
Thank you for the delicious treat and the lovely memory. I’ll absolutely be back, and next time, I’m bringing friends.
prices are very reasonable, easy to find, and staff is great. Customize your ice cream, made to order in minutes with your choice of dairy/non-dairy basevoptions and ingredients. Place is SMALL (4 tables shared with another business). I ordered #7 Cherry Charge regular size (middle of the 3 sizes available). Online ordering also makes it pretty convenient. Kid friendly.
It was my first time there, it was lovely. Can't wait to go back!
Ice cream is good but please have two staff working the poor girl working here is racing and overwhelmed by all the online and in person orders building up there’s really is no reason two staff can’t be on at the same time.
The brownie batter tasted nothing like it, and
And the banana flavor was just a big orange bowl of banana flavored ice cream. I thought it would be more fresh and natural with bits of banana, like cold stone. I was pretty disappointed.

Come on down to subzero Manchester we make the best ice cream 🍦🍦🍦🍦 ever
Really awesome spot!! They were nice and friendly! 😇
Do NOT order here. My boyfriend and I are both severely allergic to nuts (anaphylaxis level). He wanted to order Tiger's Blood. I asked the attendant 3 TIMES if it contained nuts prior to ordering and explained we have a food allergy; the staff said "they didn't know what the flavor was but could GUARANTEE it did not contain nuts". My boyfriend immediately had a reaction after eating several bites. Our friend obtained the allergen list (why was this list not offered to us by staff or double-checked as soon as we said the word allergy???) and Tiger's Blood contains TREE NUTS. Absolute negligence.

I had arrive to this place to try it out and all went well until I noticed the person that assisted me touching his face, the counter, the earbud and clothes. He then touched the waffle cones, broke them up and placed into container for my ice cream and then wiped his hands on pants/shirt. An assistant came to help and never washed her hands from what she was previously doing nor wore gloves and continued to finish making the ice cream. They both grabbed a spoon out of dirty water from previous preparations of the ice cream and then returned it once done folding over the ice cream and finished the product.
I was discussed on the cross contamination, lack of awareness that hand washing or glove wearing are a critical part of handling peoples foot. They even touched the terminal and handled money after touching/preparing my food.
Please fix this behavior and be mindful of the importance in hand washing to avoid illness.
I won't be back.
