Taqueria y Pupuseria To Go is a highly recommended and underrated Mexican restaurant. The food is excellent, authentic, top notch, and always delicious. Many consider it the best Mexican they've ever had. The tacos are phenomenal and flavorful, with specific praise for the birria tacos, steak tacos, chicken tacos, and carne asada tacos. The birria tacos with queso are called divine. The 5 taco plate is delicious and the ground beef is seasoned perfectly. Other standout items include the homemade chips, guac, and wicked good chips. The sauces are amazing, with the verde sauce noted as the best. The gordita is a great value, and the papusas and empanadas are also really good, with the chicken empanadas called exceptional. Portions are good for a good price. The staff are friendly, extremely kind, welcoming, and beyond friendly. The place is favored as a take out spot. It is a small business with a genuine connection to the community, providing a pleasant experience.
