Gyro was okay but we asked for tzatziki sauce too, and the guy who was making it added soo much of that sauce that all you could taste was the tzatziki sauce.

When this place first opened up the gyros were amazing. I couldn't get enough of them now. My last order was mediocre at best. This place has just done nothing but gone downhill. I won't be going back.

I ordered a lamb and beef rotisserie Gyro last night (via GrubHub) and had it delivered. I love authentic rotisserie Gyro, as I used to make it by hand when I worked in a Greek restaurant years ago, so I know what I'm looking for in a Gyro. I was greatly disappointed...
The sandwich I got was far from what is depicted on their menu. There was nothing sliced rotisserie about it, it looked like it had been chopped to death on a grill top, it was mushy, and just had a gamey lamb flavor with none of the traditional Greek spices flavors I expect in a Gyro. it seemed like it was more of the mushy scraps they scraped out of the drip tray underneath the rotisserie. I tried to eat about half of it and I had to throw it away.
I would never order again...

This place is an amazing late night munchie spot. It’s good but they changed the fries, portions got smaller, & prices went up so I have to knock em for it.
With that said it’s the best Gryo joint in Manchester

Ordered here several times because the food tastes good. On more than one occasion they have forgotten food on a takeout order or delivery. I do not understand how a business can so frequently mismanage orders this badly. At least 5 times now. We will not be ordering again. Still waiting for a refund.

I eat here a lot never have a major issues not aly besides so. Thing small missing like a side sauce which is no big deal. But today I got a gyro fried bowl and the chicken taste awful. The manager on right now thinks it's okay to over speak customers and argue nothing wrong etc when it taste bad. They offered me a refund it seems out of frustration of my complaint but I won't even bother cause if that's how they handle them self on the phone I don't need see how they will act in person. Sad I really loved this place but I'll wait for a better company to get food from who values customers and quality if there food. Gyrospt do better and learn some customer service skills don't have staff acting unprofessional answering youhone and handling customer problems. After reading many reviews I've learning the old owner sold this place and the new owners are failing badly seems like for every 3 - 5 reviews they have a complaint on quilty going down from old owners and bad customer service off this is my experience today and it didn't seem the new owners care. Only matter time you drive aw
