Ordered here several times because the food tastes good. On more than one occasion they have forgotten food on a takeout order or delivery. I do not understand how a business can so frequently mismanage orders this badly. At least 5 times now. We will not be ordering again. Still waiting for a refund.

Consistently incorrect orders and bad customer service when you call to fix. Food is poorly prepared. I’ve eaten here for years and it’s really gone downhill.

IMO best take out on elm street. Going here since 2020, staff have always been nice and helpful, even gave me free Baklava one time for a confusion on my order. Highly Recommend the Zeus rice bowl with extra meat.

Not as good as it once was. The food that used to be very flavorful and generously sauced is now dry and bland. They also removed certain menu items that were really good. My personal favorite used to be the nutritious gyro. Now your only options are gyros with fries on it and barely any veggies or flavor.

I have been eating at the Gyro since Alex and his mom brought it to us . Yesterday, I went for lunch and besides the fact that they hang up on me twice , the whole order was a disaster . I ordered 2 chicken gyro one with G sauce and 1 with tzatziki . I got 2 pork ones . The pita bread was burned . The tomatoes from i don't even know when , barely any sauce . 26 bucks down the drain . I'm so very disappointed. Trash . That food was not only the wrong order but it was also trash .

Fries and pita bread were both delicious before they switched to frozen fries and a lessor quality bread. I used to be obsessed with this place but sadly I cant see myself ever going back. Thanks
