just had 603 smok'n que for the first time after hearing people rave about it and let me tell you this guy knows his meats . the brisket was juicey and super tender. the ribs were massive and super tender full of flavor . the pulled pork was very flavourful and super tender. all the sides were amazing as well the bbq beans , the pineapple slaw ,mac and cheese were top notch . if you haven't been hear before I'd make it a stop on the list . and not to mention the vibe from...read full review
We had 603 Smok'n Que cater our wedding and everyone was blown away by the food. Josh brought his smoker on site and cooked up a ton of amazing BBQ with delicious sides along with a beautiful charcuterie spread for apps. My mouths literally watering writing this review thinking back to how good the food was. If you've got an event that needs catering I highly recommended 603 Smok'n Que! Thank you Josh!!
