0 stars to the old man with blue eyes. every other co worker is amazing. i always come here for my breaks and have to prepare myself to get my order taken by that old man. he can’t hear me and always gives me attitude when HE messes up my order. he ruins my day and makes me not want to get aunty anne’s. i have many co workers who go through the same thing as me. as much as i love aunty anne’s i don’t like going because of him. it’s not my fault you hate your job. do better

Pretzels are burnt and service is horrible! Refuse to sell a small when they had the product and made me purchase large sizes for my kids. I love auntie Anne’s pretzels however I’ll never stop in this location ever again!

The worst Auntie Anne's I have ever been too. The service was horrible. I always order the pretzel bites with sour cream and onion powder. The cashier said that they can not accommodate and can only do it on a regular pretzel. I have visited Aunties Anne'a across the US and have never been told they can not do that. The pretzels were stale tasting. We visited another Auntie Anne's locally and they were so nice made what we wanted and when I told them my story of this place they said they should of. We will never return to this one again!
I asked for 2 pretzel nuggets and ty gave me one and I saw it say 2 on the screen and he said that he only rung it up once and I had to pay extra

Very horrible service, There’s always kids working, which isn’t a bad thing they just need some respect , I told him three times I needed cheese sauce and my sister said it once but he continued to ask what sauce and finally another time I went there the pretzel cup was VERY stale and I asked for a replacement cup and he took the cup that my children put their hands in and ate the pretzels , he still gave me a replacement but that is not how you run a business
