Terrible service from Ray Ray. He was extremely rude and aggressively tossed our food at us. We were treated like we weren't even paying customers. Completely unprofessional
Terrible customer service. Ryan did not acknowledge that we were even there when we greeted him. He walked out of the back room and was chewing food for a solid 5-10 seconds before he said “…what can I get you?” Rude, but whatever. We asked for a pretzel without butter (we have a dairy allergy) and he said “sorry we don’t have any of those today.” He turned his back on us and we could tell he was happy he didn’t have to do anything.
Walked in and Ryan was behind the counter. Zero eye contact, didn’t say hello, couldn’t muster a what can I get for you? I said hello! Then we placed our order, he didn’t ask if we needed anything else. I paid, and then the tip option came up. Are you kidding me!?!?! A tip?????? Stop it right now.
