Yes they were busy, but we were in no hurry. The sandwiches and coffee came out. Found the staff very efficient. Good Job.Wheelchair accessibility: Love the fact that all the lobby doors we handicapped equipped.
I know there is a morning rush, but they should prioritize the inside queue. But also, this is the first time I've been in since the renovation and it is very poorly laid out. I think this could have been avoided if the self ordering machine was working (it was out of paper). Sorry for the negative review, but I just wanted to grab a quick cup of coffee and get on with my day.
