They make the best pumpkin chai latte. My 7 yr old lovessss it. Java chip vanilla bean Frappuccino with caramel for my daughter, she says they made it wit love. I got a shaken espresso Frappuccino with caramel drizzle, made it just right. Perfect mix of coffee and caramel! We order all the time because of the great service! Most of the time the kids want to try a 20$ I mean custom drink do they have the patience to listen to the Pinterest post drink and make it exactly how it was shown. Thank you staff!!!!
Went in this morning and the store was short staffed, despite this, the crew was crushing it. Putting out drinks like a fine oiled machine. My drink was delicious, and they did everything with a smile. Absolutely love this location. Great crew and great drinks!

I just needed to say a huge shoutout to the workers of Starbucks Merrimack! Online order got sent to wrong address and yet the customer was taken care of. As someone in retail, and all about customer experience, I am thoroughly appreciative of the work to take care of me this morning. Darren, the incredible, high energy barista who took care of everything gets 10s across the board!

I've been getting the iced sugar cookie almond milk latte with extra sugar and it's sooooooooo good but not good enough for $7. The prices are ridiculous. I don't be making this a habit. Might have to stick with my $3 large iced mocha from dunkins.Kid-friendliness: The staff is always so awesome and welcoming. I really like them. They have very sweetly answered all my questions and they make going there worth it.
