Head chef Matt Berry catered an event for my friend's birthday. Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience, he was laid back and professional at all the right moments. The food was spectacular, especially as a series of vegan options, despite my generally carnivorous nature.. 10/10 will have him cater all events from now on!

Rescheduled an event an event due to "heat issues", on a weekend, where the forecast was for a gorgeous 83 degrees at most weekend. I mean, what kind of Vikings aren't able to eat outside on a gorgeous weekend!? And since their event sponsor, Evenbright, does not refund ticket prices if the event is merely postponed, or rescheduled, I am out $600 in ticket prices alone.

Dahlia Restaurant joined us as personal chef for my husband's 40th birthday (w/11 adults) and it was the BEST experience. Incredible, local (where possible), fresh food, prepared in delicious, imaginative ways, and presented beautifully. They took care of everything, allowing me to actually relax and enjoy the evening, as if we were at a fine restaurant at a lovely resort. The evening was a gift and I cannot thank (or recommend) them enough!

From start to finish, the experience was elegant in atmosphere, flavor and presentation. I wish I had taken a few photos of my courses, but I was too caught up by the experience. Never having had Matt’s culinary creations, I highly recommend his savory and flavorful cuisine. Lauren, Matt’s wife and Pastry Chef, did not disappoint with her scrumptious dessert including a delectable combination of sourdough, apple, acorn and brown sugar. It was a creation beyond words!
