Couple of orders have been delivered with the wrong topping or wrong items completely. Online complaints just offer you a free pizza, which isn't worth as much as what you paid for as it only allows 2 toppings and is only a medium pizza. If you call they will make you another fresh pizza that takes longer to arrive than the first one, and it isn't the first stop the driver makes, i live 4 minutes from this place, when i called the second time 40 minutes after reporting that i received the incorrect item, they had no idea how much longer the driver would take to deliver the correct pizza, the driver said they're short staffed and busy. on another note, the points system for rewards is now based on the number of purchases, not the dollar amount spent, so they inherently give out less rewards.

I grew up in the Milford area and I have seen how people can treat a job like a job. I was in the area dog sitting for my parents and Shiloh was my cashier. She went above and beyond. Not because she needed to or thought she would benefit from it. She is just a good person. She deserves to be appreciated and respected. She is kind and caring. Shiloh you are amazing and made my day.

So yesterday I was at dominos and the manager was there with another manager I believe I saw them two in front while one of the employees were being told to do something i saw the manager push someone down i don't find it right when people put their hands on people respect is earned both ways clearly something wrong here i wouldn't eat here order don't bother if they can't treat there employees correctly giving the hours and time they deserve i wouldn't work there nor eat there no more honestly make it at home way cheaper

I've never had any issues at all with food or delivery from this location, but the best part is - we like to order our pizza *after* the littles go to go bed, and our delivery instructions always ask for ninja style delivery because we have 4 dogs and don't want the kids to wake up. They nail it every time. The tracker usually shows the same person delivering our food, and I've never ONCE seen or heard them! No joke. It's so appreciated that they take our directions seriously and that we successfully get to eat our pizza in peace every time!

With disability they when possible despite food covid 19 after before menu on line to help. I have not been able to get the site and menu to work right now so if they are receiving attempts at ordering it is not working on my end properly. Does not seem to be as if it should be difficult but could not call or use alternate accessibility features to order at this time otherwise in the past they did their best to make it as easy as possible despite possible delays so please understand if someone checks around at least the local dominos was helpful took time let me know delivery and staff a little behind schedule so deposite a large chain still took time to explain they were behind how to then order and how so whether large chain or private store it does make a difference when someone does explain why they may be behind but still took time to make it easier for them and myself as possible. So although right now dosen’t seem to let me order online please know of several places that the staff at various times did all they could possibly do and even had the delivery expand his/her route a few miles than usual because it was a little further than usually they allow because of logo. However there was nothing much in the area some come then do not so regardless if main office would like to know I had heard not one complaint about the food that was delivered by 03055. So a little better than average for customer service and knowing drivers in past they did an excellent job

Guess they don't deliver in milford, even though the store is in milford, apparently 10 minutes away from the store is too far for them to deliver to. Not a fan of that. They also call me 15 minutes after i placed the order to tell me its too far to deliver

We order from them often. I've never had issues with my orders, timing, customer service. Anything of the sort. Tonight, I ordered 2xl pizzas, wings, paid extra for 4 sauces and 2- 2lt bottles of soda. My order showed up and the soda and sauces (which included 4 garlic at an Xtra 3$ and 3blue cheese for the wings themselves) weren't there. But I still chose tonight,of all nights, to give a 5star review because sometimes we all just need a break. Ive had a rough week and we don't know what someone is going through. I hope the employees at least enjoy the 2 liters on me and thanks for all you do. Without you dominos wouldn't be in business.
