Dunkin just delete 70% of my points! Apparently they sent an email notice that they were going to confiscate all points older that a year! One would have thought that they would have placed a pop up on their app letting you know that they were going to confiscate older points if you don't use them! No they were hoping you didn't notice so they could reclaim the money they are accruing on their balance sheet!

Everytime I go I get the same thing. It’s a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich comes with two eggs. EVERYTIME I don’t specifically ask for two eggs on the sandwich I get one. Everytime I DO ask for two eggs I almost get an annoyed reaction saying “yup, it already comes with two” OH REALLY??? IF IT COMES WITH TWO MAKE IT WITH TWO EVERYTIME. GIVE ME MY EGG

I normally don’t complain but this is the 5th time it has happen. I order a sausage and egg no cheese on an English muffin. How hard is it to do that, I’m lactose intolerance so I can’t have cheese. I just opened my sandwich cause I was rushing to work and it’s sausage and cheese no egg! How does it get messed up that much. I used to work at dunks I get it if it’s busy you make mistakes but it was dead no cars in the drive thru

Me and my 2 other friends picked up 2 doordashes. One of the older ladies said that both of the doordash orders where ready. There was a bag opened. One of the employees come out to the car. She ripped the bag out of my hand and gave me the biggest attitude then went inside, she was swearing and being mean when I can read lips. She was very disrespectful. I had problems with this dukins before. I will never be coming back. No employees should be distracting an customer like that.

A place where I regularly buy coffee, the toilets are so dirty that it is almost impossible not to get sick. I don't understand how the people working there can use that toilet, I will definitely not go there again.

For the record I ordered a chocolate glazed donut and after I drove away and opened the bag found I had a chocolate covered raised donut and it was stale to boot. Not impressed.
Spend some time here waiting for a friend. My experience was okay. The coffee I ordered was awful.

Awful experience, they would not let me scan my points. They put sugar in our coffee(asked for stevia) and the coffee literally was so burnt it was undrinkable. Honestly shocked at how bad the coffee was. Tasted like sewer water

After I specifically asked, and was told they did not, I got a nasty surprise that caused a health issue. It could have ended badly.Their Refresher juice drinks do have caffeine. They should educate their employees on this matter.
