Food, cocktails and service were all excellent! So sorry to be losing this culinary gem in our little town.

Just had the most beautiful dinner here! from the moment we sat down till we got up to leave we had a wonderful time! the staff was very friendly, the food was fantastic, and the drinks were top notch. Definitely the best rack of lamb I've had in a long time and make sure you save room for dessert. All in all beautiful night and make sure you stop by!

Greg was 10/10 best server we’ve experienced! So attentive to our every need and anticipated need. Authentic, comfortable, delicious food. A must if you find yourself in Milford; and if you don’t, plan a trip!

By far, one of the best steaks I had in a long time.
The food was excellent, from small plates the beet salad was so fresh and delicious, the big plates we had duck and steak and it was each well done.
Finished with the Dubai chocolate cheesecake and went straight to heaven.
Had the let's vibe seasonal cocktail drink, and it was one of the most flavor complex and multi layered drink I ever had.
What a success, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff who works there are very nice, super responsive and talented people creating a very nice and well rounded experience for the customer.

So, we had eaten at Greenleaf a couple of years back and everything was excellent. But this past Saturday, May 24, 2025 we left extremely disappointed and said that we don’t need to go back there for a long time, if ever. Upon arrival, the waitress told us that they were completely out of the harvest salad, which was one of only two salads on the menu. The appetizers and entrées for the rest of my party were adequate, however, my meal was really disappointing. Although, I will admit, that was my fault that did not realize the mushroom steak was a vegetarian dish.

Shortly after the entrées were ordered, someone in my party also put it in order for a chicken dish. The evening went on and we are our entrées that we had received, and the plates were collected, but we never received the chicken. Finally, after the waitress had been back-and-forth several times we asked her what was going on with the chicken (so to be clear, she never mentioned the chicken until we asked her, and this was after everybody’s plate had been collected). She then ran to check only to find out that it hadn’t even been started yet. She asked if we wanted to wait for it and take it to go and we told her no as everybody else had eaten. We decided to order dessert, and the one that two people wanted they were unavailable as well, the crème brûlée. The other two got the “carrot cake” which really was a spice cake actually, not a carrot cake. We tried to be polite and tell the waitress that everything was fine, but everybody was in agreement afterwards that it was really a disappointing evening food wise, especially given the price. Not sure what’s happened, but it seems like the restaurant has gone downhill over the last few years.

The best steak I’ve had in my life.
Plus, extraordinary bean-y side to it totally made the wait-for-the-food-to-be-ready worth it.

I will be back. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service, too.

Unique and delicious meal experience in NH. Comparable with Boston restaurants. Fun experience to stretch your palette.

Torn between 2 and 3 stars. The good - staff was really friendly and attentive. Place was clean and really well kept. But, we feel some basics were missed. First, we made reservations weeks in advance assuming we’d get a table and instead were placed at the bar. We hate sitting at bars. Our reservations were right at opening and we asked the host to sit at a table, but they could not accommodate that. The restaurant had TONS of tables available from when we initially sat down to when we left…literally the entire time we were there, the same tables were empty - why couldn’t we get a table? Food was fine, but way overpriced for what you get. I got chicken which was cut up into three small pieces and served with essentially a side salad for $40. My spouse ordered ny strip steak, but it came out as three small cut up pieces of steak - it honestly did not seem like ny strip, for $50. Portions were shocking small for the price, I’d say ‘borderline’ a rip off. Lastly, the political signs right on the front door were off-putting - we wish businesses would just focus on providing their service to all, regardless of their desire to make political statements to their customers.

The flavors were unique and the presentation was creative but I would expect higher quality ingredients at an establishment such as this. The duck biscuits were tasty, the pistachio salad was refreshing. The NY strip was presented beautifully with interesting flavors but the steak itself was quite tough and not marbled. The portion size was ok and the service was excellent.

Our second visit to Greenleaf and another amazing dining experience! We are foodies and actually have a list of top favorite restaurants. Greenleaf has now easily made it to the top part of our list. We were fortunate to get the same server as our first visit. Greg is honestly one of the best we’ve ever had at any restaurant! Personable, helpful and just the right amount of attentiveness. And Josh, the manager, also checked in and helped serve a couple of dishes. People here are top notch. And the kitchen - folks the food is so delicious! Farm to table with unique but tasty offerings. We started with duck fat biscuits (I could eat a basket of those!), and smashed potatoes. I had the halibut and my husband had the crispy chicken. Soooo delish. Need dessert so we shared 2: almond cashew sponge cookie and maple semifreddo. Oh and our drinks were awesome as well.
Can’t wait for our next visit.
Simply put, you have to try Greenleaf and I PROMISE, you will be so glad you did.

This place was amazing. The choices on the menu were phenomenal and unique. Had the smashed potato and duck fat biscuits as starter. The biscuits were so rich and tasty perfect mix of savory and sweet with the jam that was provided. I had the duck breast and it was cooked perfectly, and the presentation was truly breathtaking. We followed by dessert which were again a work of art. They had one Mocktail on the menu and it was very good. Highly recommend this place for a dinning adventure.

Our first time at Greanleaf and it did not disappoint! Outstanding in every way from our gracious host Josh to our cheerful, knowledgeable and engaging server Greg and the food! Drinks were delish, small plates (duck fat biscuits - OMG!, crispy Brussel sprouts - OMG!), entrees (duck breast and pork loin - so good) and desserts (white chocolate cheese cake and pbj time 🤤). Ambiance was warm and welcoming with super clean/bright restrooms. This place has it all going on!! Highly recommend and we will be back!
