McDonald's is a consistent restaurant, but with some drawbacks. The drive-thru is narrow, and the line can take way too long to get through. The entrance and exit can be hazardous, and customers may experience inconsistent service. The shake machine is often out of order, and some customers have reported missing items in their orders. However, the staff is always friendly, and the facilities are nice and clean. Pricing is considered high, but McDonald's consistently makes the best breakfast sandwiches hands-down. They crack REAL eggs on a grill that are then perfectly fried/steamed, and toast English Muffins to perfection with just the right amount of crunch. Despite some issues, the restaurant gets orders right most of the time and has a convenient drive-thru, though it is advisable to double-check your food.
