The burgers were absolutely amazing! It was a real burger not frozen and lord cooked to perfection!

Honestly pretty overrated. You wont get a juicy burger here, they are cooked one way only, well done and dry. Presumably because they dont grind their own meat. Buns arent great either and tend to be semi stale.

Finally got to stop here for lunch and exceeded my expectations. We ordered fish and chips and a humble ken burger (opted for double-scoop) with side of fries. Fish was nice and fresh, lightly battered. Burger was delicious and juicy with that seasoning you can only get with a flat top! Will definitely come back again.

The service seems to be provided by high school aged kids, but very professionally. It is rare to see young people manage a business without much supervision. The burgers are fantastic, the fries are too much potato. I believe they should consider going over to a "bistro style" fry. If the owner were to check out Lexie's in Exeter I think that they would see very minor tweak to their enterprise would make their business go from great to legendary. However, different owners have different opinions and this business is worth going out of the way for. Prices are incredible in the 21st century. Way behind the times there, which is great for consumers. I would actually expect and prefer to pay more to help ensure the success of the business.

So, Papa Joe's is a walk in and order at the counter joint. Burger and Dog's with fries, onion rings, and poutine. The young adults seem to run the place and they were more than friendly at the counter. I ordered up the "Tim's Bacon Cheese burger and a small fry for about $12.00. The give you a buzzer and you wait until the buzzer goes off. Here I am looking around at a mostly full restaurant at 2:30 on a weekday and say they must be doing something right. They do, the burger was a yummy hand made patty with bacon, cheese and I added tomato, onion, lettuce and ketchup. It was a good thing that they had a roll of paper towels on the table as eating it became an adventure.... A truly delicious wonderful adventure. The fries are good size, cooked to order, hot and crispy on the outside and soft and cooked on the inside. These guys should teach a fry course. I would describe this place a divey and probably not a good date night....unless you have been married a while and want the best burger around for miles. I will be dropping in on my way through Milford when I can. Highly recommend this joint.

We came here on a busy Friday night. The staff was friendly and efficient. The place is small but has ample seating if you catch it at the right time and are patient. The food is great. Burgers are fantastic and the Tiger Fries are a personal favorite! We will certainly be back soon!

Cozy place, one of the very few in NH where you can find a lovingly crafted burger that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

THE BEST BURGERS IN NEW ENGLAND! If you pass Pappa Joe's and didn't stop, you seriously missed out! They have tons of awards on the walls from prominent establishments!

Yummy burgers and made on site onion rings. Won't be hungry for hours afterwards. Worth the wait, lack of a drive up. And the imported Dutch items are fun to try, unusual.
