I'd like to start by saying the service was probably the best I have ever received at a Subway.My go to Sub (meatball) was spot on and very tasted and sizzling hot!I ended up trying one of these new products the pretzel which is supposed to be like annie ann's preztels since the company that bought them also owns annie anns. However the pretzel tasted like your normal run of the mill pretzel that you'd get at a fair or an event.I kinda wish I tried the Chorro thing instead.

Last time I ever order "Tuna" from a subway location. Ended up giving me an awful stomach ache. Hopefully I dont end up with food poisoning!

Ordered six subs and a drink. Two of the subs had double meat. The order was delivered as a sloppy mess--drink missing, no subs labeled (an important issue for us with a couple of sick people in the house), most of the subs not cut in half, no double meat. When I called to ask for the drink and at least a refund on the double meat the clerk hung up on me mid-sentence (with handset rattle, not a random disconnect) and no one at the location would pick up when I called back. At this point the location stole our money, but the hang-up is unforgiveable. This is no way to stay in business, and it's the last time I'll buy from Subway, at least at that location. With so many bad reviews, I see I'm not alone.

Single worst sandwich I have ever gotten at subway. One person working swore under his breath while making a sandwich. Bread was a day old and hard as a rock. Paper and slips all over the counter. Complete mess.

This is the closest Subway to me, and they have had major issues for a while now. Other reviews regarding early closing, lacking ingredients, and general unpleasantness are all accurate. Tonight I went at 6:45 pm 11/10/22 and the store was listed on Google as closing at 8pm. When I got there the lights were on and the two staff members watched me go up to he door to read their "cash only" sign and go back to my car. I went next door to get cash at the ATM, and when I got back 3 minutes later at 6:48pm the lights were off and the two girls working were standing by the door on their phones. I walked up and pointed to the store hours sign that said they closed at 8pm. One laughed, the other rolled their eyes, and they walked away. Not very kind.

Showed up at 6:45 PM on 11/10 and they had already turned off the lights, when online and the sign on the door say it closes at 8 PM. We tried to ask the two employees there for clarification, but one rolled their eyes and the other said "I'm not talking to them." Unprofessional, but probably to be expected when you leave children in charge of a restaurant.

Went there today and we were shocked that only one employee was working. Come to find out he had only been an employee of theirs for three weeks! The store was very busy during lunch hour and on top of that he had several Internet orders coming in at the same time. We think he was a little overwhelmed with what was happening. In this situation, and being business owners ourselves, I put blame on ownership, not the poor guy that was working the counter by himself. Two things should've happened, either the owner should have come in and worked with him or the owner should have shut off all Internet orders. Whatever the facts may be, we felt sorry for him as did others that waited in line because they saw the situation! He handled it like a champ and did the best he could with what also limited resources he had, since they were also out of a few items, mainly bread! As this isn't the worst experience we have had at this location, and we've had a few, maybe the owner should throw in the towel and close the location permanently!

Asked for light mustard on a cold cut combo and ended up having to throw my sandwich away because the bread is soaked through with so much mustard and it’s just bologna on the sandwich. No cheese or anything else that’s part of the sandwich.

They close at 9PM. Got there at 7:44PM. Shop was closed down and dark. Didn't even have store hours posted. Which is kind of genius, no hours to be responsible for.I'm sure the thought behind this was, "we're bored, we don't want to work let's go home early." Lazy people making subway look bad.
