What’s with the frozen processed home fries yuk! Haven’t been here in a while, it’s really just very average now….

I’ve been here many times over the years and it’s just not worth it. Prices are just insane for what you actually get. And the food is somehow getting worse. Went in last week reluctantly because everything else was closed. Ordered the Lemuel Benedict. It had literally only two pieces of bacon, comes on a pile of tasteless mushy hash browns, and does not include toast or English muffin. A total joke considering the price.

My wife and I had a nice brunch here. The food is good and coffee refills are frequent. We did not have any drinks but the variety of mimosas was tempting. Some of the best diner pancakes I've ever had.

Headed north about an hour from Worcester to soak in some fall sights & stopped at The Riverhouse Cafe in Milford, NH 🍁 Of course, I had to try their Bloody Mary — made with their own house mix & absolutely delicious. He went with the Farmer’s Bowl loaded with all kinds of meats & topped with rich sausage gravy. I couldn’t decide (no surprise there), so I was thrilled they offer half portions of select dishes! I ended up trying the Eiffel Tower Stack & the Chorizo Bennie — both super fresh, flavorful, & totally hit the spot.

Great food for the value. I enjoyed the Farmer'a bowl. Very busy for an early Sunday which is great to see people out and about supporting local businesses. Definitely repeat.

This was a really great Sunday brunch experience. The half order options on many things on the menu is just great (kudos to the management on this ingenious idea). We got the smoked brisket (fantastic), the riverside Benny (great), the farmer (flavorful), apple cinnamon pancake (so good!), the pig pile (was okay, but paled in comparison to everything else, next time two briskets). Anyway, staff is awesome and I highly recommend!

Went in the morning and not during a busy time so we were tended to in the first few minutes. The employee asked if a high top table would be ok. Normally fine but I had recovered from a surgery so a regular table was requested. She walked us over and tossed the menus onto the table and walked away without a word and gave us an annoyed look. After being ignored for ten minutes without anyone coming over we left. We won't be going back...

Food is really good but service is kind of lacking. My barnyard was missing the sausage gravy, which is the whole reason I get the barnyard. And our pancake didn't have any syrup or butter on the side. I called to let them know and they were very apologetic and offered to take off the cost of a side serving of gravy. It isn't the same with out the the gravy and neither are dry plain pancakes. Great food but make sure you check your bag for everything if you get takeout

Great and tasty food at a very affordable price. Service is slow and wait times can be a little long but worth it.

This place is a hidden gem, the Riverhouse french toast is incredible, prices are reasonable and the service is solid. This is my new go to spot for sure. For reference that ramekin is about 2 inches wide. It is massive and delicious!
