Wings, pub burger, and shrimp tacos were all phenomenal. Great little spot and we will make this a regular stop.

Went to tryout the restaurant with some friends during a busy Pumpkin Fest!Heather our server was fantastic! She was kind and charming. She also recommended items on the menu for us to try! Heather stated she was new, but she crushed it for sure. Smash Burger was a top 5 smash burger in NH in my opinion. Apple Cider mule was a delightful way to toast to fall! Will definitely be back. Thanks

Super cute and cozy spot! Our server, Heather, was kind and attentive. We ordered the duck wings for an appetizer and they were so crispy and tender. Best I’ve ever had. I had a PB Cup Martini and it was so good - not too sweet with the chocolate liquor but was so flavorful with the Skrewball Whiskey. For our entrees, we ordered various smash burgers and flatbreads - AMAZING! The smash burgers were crispy yet juicy, and the Duck Flatbread specifically was great. We will be back!

My husband and I LOVE this place. We’ve explored the menu and have never gone wrong. You can taste the care and quality they put into every dish. Our newest favorite is the fried cheese curds, hands down the best! The music, atmosphere and hospitality along with the delicious food all wrapped into one spot nestled in Milford,NH. If you get Pat or Jesse as your waiter/bar tender you will NOT be disappointed!

I love the menu and the fresh curated food choices. The cocktails are made well and the bartenders and staff are always working on new recipes and ideas seasonally etc. they are friendly welcoming and also engaging. Consistency always resonates with me so i enjoy coming back each time. The atmosphere is laid back cool vibe with good music and upbeat people. Some of my favorites are the hot honey chicken sandwich, and duck poutine... fresh and delicious - definitely some of the best food i can get in a bar/pub atmosphere. I love to support local especially when its food and service worth talking about. I will continue to give them more of my money. Xoxo

Absolutely the best fried chicken sandwich EVER! Atmosphere great. Music way too loud. Please turn it down. Great server!

Went to meet a friend back in July. It was hot day with 90+ outside. By the time we realised there is no working ac inside we already put our order in. They had fans running but it didn’t help much. Instead of enjoying drinks and food we were busy wiping sweat with napkins. I can’t imagine they didn’t have ac turned on and if the had technical problem they should let the customers know about it when the come in. Wouldn’t go back.

Staff was inexperienced. Menu is limited and has no vegetarian or gluten free options. Hoping things improve with time. I’d like to go back when it’s been open for a bit. Would love to see more vegetarian options for sure. The Hot Honey Flatbread was good.

Review Updated! I went back this week and was very happy to see that they added vegetarian options. The Tofu was great as were the fried cheese curds. The watermelon margarita and espresso martini (we asked for vodka) were delicious.
Thank you for listening to our feedback! We will be back!

I really wanted to like this place but it was mediocre at best. The bartender was good and the drinks were decent however the food was lacking flavor, specifically the fried food. The cheese curd texture was good but no flavor, the Dijon sauce was soupy, and the fried chicken was plain. Hot honey flatbread was good but a little soggy.

Sorry for the long review, but I am impressed!

Food, service, and atmosphere, all great! Owner came to chat with us and gave an exceptional first impression of the new restaurant. My husband and I looked at the menu before going and were so impressed with how they’ve designed it: Each section (apps, fries, salads, tacos, burgers, chicken) is the same but different, and in our opinion that’s the best way to do it! A curated menu means the ingredients are always fresh (because everything is being used) and it allows the kitchen to become experts in creating each dish. That equates to efficient service and consistently good food done right!
The duck confit poutine (my weakness) was incredible, and we could SMELL the difference before even tasting it. The gravy is clearly made with duck fat (as it should be), and reminded me of thanksgiving gravy made from the drippings of the slow-roasted bird, but the turkey is a duck 😂
Also ordered: duck wings (glaze very ginger-forward, so good); plain chicken wings (my 10 year old ate an entire order and said they were delicious and there was a lot of meat on them); THREE pretzels for the kids (beer cheese was everything I wanted it to be 🤤, I couldn’t resist); a plain cheese flatbread (also for the kids, specially offered by the chef when they saw we had young kids); and a side salad that was so fresh and crisp (zero wilting on the lettuce, good tomatoes).
Shout out to the bartender, too! The Pink Spritz was delicious!
Townhall Taphouse is off to a great start, and I think they have what it takes for long-term success in that location!
