My wife and I celebrated her 30th birthday tonight. It was everything we wanted. Chef Matt had us savoring every bite. From the colors, to the flavors and even how it’s plated, you can tell it’s clean, local food. The whole staff was amazing. Our server Jess was nice and made sure we had what we needed. Unwined has gained a loyal customer that will return many times over. Thank you for the experience.

Excellent food, great service and atmosphere! My wife and I went for dinner; had the salmon credo, beets with black garlic, their pasta special and oysters. Extremely tasty.
Our server was amazing; very knowledgeable on the menu and wine list. Thouroughly enjoyable experience

What a find! Great large wine list. Food was good and the service was excellent. The outdoor roof top deck is such a treat.

Enjoyable spot for cocktails, wine, and a limited but good menu, sitting above the Milford Green a bit out of sight. Indoor and outdoor seating areas. Dropping by on a Friday night wasn’t a problem; no wait (at least this evening).

HOLY MOLY, wow.
One of the best meals I have ever had.
Some of the best wine I have ever sipped on.
The owner Emma was so nice, and did such an amazing job opening Unwined.
Everything was amazing, can't wait to come back!

Met friends at Unwined on Friday evening for dinner. A quick preview of the menu before arrival alerted me to the relatively high prices. Wasn't a problem. However, what I didn't expect was the very small portions. Lamb Bolognese was tasty, but at $38 a plate, I was very disappointed in the small portion. They offer dessert, but no coffee. Dessert without coffee is unimagineable. The wait staff was polite, but five minutes after we cashed out at the end of our meal, she came back and stated that we hadn't paid. She then discovered that she had given us the bill from a different table. Very confusing and we walked out all agreeing that we'll never go back.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon for some drinks. Restaurant was pretty empty. Requested a table outside with the hostess. Outside, there were many tables available and several parties of two already sitting at those tables, by themselves. The hostess stated “we can seat you outside but you may have to sit with another party, we won’t waste a table for 6 on a party of 2.” She was really rude about it and as we looked outside at all the other parties of two that apparently they were able to accommodate, we left and went somewhere else. Unwined, our apologies that we were only a party of two and that you don’t have sufficient tables to accommodate two people.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Unwined in Milford, NH. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the warm and inviting ambience.
We were seated by the window, where we had a lovely view of the beautiful deck overlooking the Oval. It looks like the perfect spot for outdoor dining, and we can’t wait to come back and enjoy it in the summer.
The service was top-notch, with an attentive and friendly team. It’s always a pleasure to dine somewhere where the staff genuinely cares about the experience.
As for the food and drinks—everything was delicious and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The crispy skin chicken was perfectly cooked, with a beautifully crisp exterior and juicy, flavorful meat. The Main Grain Grits were rich, creamy, and the perfect complement to the NY Strip. Another standout was the Grilled Cabbage Caesar, a unique and flavorful twist on the classic salad, with just the right amount of char and a delicious dressing. Our main courses were cooked to the perfect temperature, showing great attention to detail in the kitchen.
Overall, Unwined delivers on all fronts—great food, great drinks, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

We love this place and have been several times already. The atmosphere is comfortable but classy (will definitely impress your date!), staff are personable and incredibly knowledgeable about the vast wine selection. The pairings they recommended were perfect. The plating is pure art and the food is superb. Somehow the chef made a beet dish that elicited appreciative moans on the first taste! Beets! I never thought I’d say that. (Had the same experience with Brussels sprouts at another visit).
We have reservations for the whiskey dinner next week and we cannot wait to see what creations will be in store! 🍀
Update following Whiskey Dinner: was as amazing as I’d hoped! 4 stunning courses, each introduced by the chef with whiskey pairings introduced by a rep from Jameson. An unforgettable evening. Hearing rumor of another event in the next few weeks. Cannot wait.

The food is fantastic! And if you’re not a wine connoisseur, they have other cocktails at the bar. But the wait staff will help you decide on a wine if you want to be adventurous and try something new. I had the chicken and the creamiest risotto. My date had the NY strip and he was very happy with his choice. We will definitely be back.

Overpriced place with limited food choices in the menu. I get it, it is a wine restaurant, but the atmosphere does not match this. Too much noise, you can't hear your party well. A little wine matching music can help make the atmosphere a bit more welcoming. Staff is somehow sloppy. Great idea, but total miss on delivery.

Unwined is the best place on the Milford oval!
So easy to overlook, and unforgettable once you've found it. Intimate, conversational atmosphere. Friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic staff. Between bar snacks, tapas and entrees, you'll find something to nosh. I'm celiac, and the kitchen was very helpful. I had the duck with wonderfully crispy skin and seasoned just right. Shoot over to the oval and find the stairs leading up.
