Went to Three Ponds for the first time tonight. It has a lot of small town charm to it and is exactly what small town taverns in New England should be. It’s been around for 31 years (I believe that was what the owner, who is also the cook and is also 78 years old) said. The bartenders/waitresses are super friendly and helpful. Everyone is so kind and sweet here! I stopped by with my little girl and fiance on our way to ME, and the owner gave my little girl a dollar to herself some candy! I love that he asked her how school is going and was engaging in a conversation with her. Definitely a 5 start rating.
The food is awesome and the cook-owner is a sweet guy. Friendly service.
