“I wanted to take a moment and share my thoughts on Magic Foods, and the job they did at my Daughter’s wedding. I had 3 children getting married within 6 months, and Magic foods catered the one at our home in Moultonborough. Andy and his team arrived 45 minutes ahead of schedule and set up a kitchen in our garage. Everything was cooked on site, and nothing was pre-cooked.The raw bar was outstanding. The 122 guests raved about the passed apps. I’m a fan of Lobster salad. I have never had any better, and must have eaten 2 lbs. myself, severed rather than on mini rolls, but on a piece of Bibb lettuce. The lamb pops, Candied Pork bellies, tuna, and Brie bites were a huge hit.The entrees were terrific, and my friends and relatives raved about the Salmon telling me it was the very best. The beef is what I always enjoy. The Porchetta (which was insisted on by the groom) did get mixed reviews, some liked it , some did not.They hit a ‘Grand Slam’. For an event at a private residence, I truly cannot say enough good things. The team was professional, attentive, and cleaned everything up. Not only was I impressed by the quality of the food, I am grateful. For me a wedding, even my own, is about the food.
