We had a very large order that was for many people in our group. They were friendly, quick, efficient and everything was absolutely delicious from our coffee to our food. These guys are doing a great job.
Serves the purpose. The people are undertalented and pretty scary on occasion. They do the job but use small syllables when you address them. Don't bother calling them, they can't figure out how a phone works. They will give you the great coffee, sandwiches and doughnuts you expect from this excellent chain. The franchise in Moultonborough is A-OK, but not exceptional....

Apart from my feelings as a former employee of this franchise, this is the best run one in its franchise. 7/10 times my coffee if made right and 3/10 times my food isn't dry and burn. They're okay I guess but could be better.
