99 Restaurant Reviews
We are in town (Nashua NH) for the day and decided to go to one of our go to places the 99's... You arrived and the restaurant was in the basement of an old hotel as far as I could see. So we walked down these stairs to underground basement, very strange and very dark location. Go seated 2 adults and 3 kids 10,10,7

I’m sitting in the Rotterdam, NY location. It’s 1230 and the restaurant is half empty. The incredibly rude hostess (a cranky old woman who sounds like she’s smoked a pack of cigarettes) is telling everyone that there is a 10 minute wait to be seated. I’m counting 21 empty booths. When I asked why the 21 empty booths can’t be sat, she replied, “because there is a wait.” There shouldn’t be a wait…there are empty tables. Seat them. The 99 Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with a varied menu, including a tempting chicken Caesar salad and a flavorful southwest wrap. The restaurant also serves up tasty strawberry daiquiris, adding a touch of refreshment. The service is generally friendly and attentive, with staff who aim to provide a prompt and courteous experience. Prices are reasonable, with a meal for two and a cocktail costing around $50. However, the restaurant's ambiance can be dimly lit, and the ongoing construction may cause some navigation challenges within the space. The restaurant is in the process of installing a new chair lift to improve accessibility for disabled guests, expected to be ready by March 2024. Customers are advised to call ahead if they require the use of this feature. The overall dining experience is positive, with the chef's expertise in food preparation and the staff's dedication to customer satisfaction being highlighted in recent reviews.
