Fantastic service and dining. The waiter was very kind and brought energy to the dinner. The warm rolls are always a great hit and the main course was spectacular! Would recommend and will be back again.
We were staying in the Hampton Inn across the street because we were attending a memorial service for a relative. We decided to walk across the street for dinner because we were tired after driving many hours from New York City. We were very pleasantly surprised at the excellent experience we had at Bertucci’s - we decided to sit at the bar because there was a large group in the dining area and the bar was almost empty. We visited after lunch time rush. No hostess to seat us. Waiter was very nice. Restaurant was unable to provide full 2nd bowl of soup and decaf coffee. We were disappointed with our experience today as we have previously been very satisfied at different locations of this chain.
