Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

Everything looked delicious in the picture, but in reality it was not tasty at all. I should have read the reviews beforehand to avoid spending $20! I had to throw half of the portion away...

This is how these people sauced my wings. Wings were cold sauce was terrible. I think these people are abusing hardcore drugs behind the counter.

They were quick. Food tasted good. Just was surprised how little steak was actually used.

Fries r always crispy for some reason. Never had a bad experience with the fries ever, in fact i'm always pleasantly suprised because they're always crispy.

Don't expect it to look like the picture, yes I know the majority doesn't look like their picture, but they use the same steak you buy frozen at the supermarket, Steak ums. Very disappointing that a sub cost me $17, didn't taste good and when I got home, I googled the company and found this isn't how their subs are meant to be made. Live and learn, but never again

Always delicious and always a pleasant staff. It's nice to see it being cooked. I recommend the large as it's two meals.

Had the chicken-philly - tasted great and had high quality chicken. The roll also tasted great. Why no 5 star review…the fries were soggy/undercooked. I would go back and just skip the fries.

I love Charleys! I always get the grilled chicken steak and cheese with the fries. Can't go wrong eating here. Food is fresh made right in front of you.

Come here almost every day for lunch always awesome
