We went to Proper Chophouse on a Friday night and I got the 8 oz filet and my husband got the ribeye. We got the crispy brussel sprouts and whipped potatoes. We ordered the sides and shared them and it was a perfect portion for two people. My filet was cooked perfectly and everything was really well seasoned. I also got bearnaise sauce.
