The service was 12 out of 10. The place is very clean and the food was absolutely delicious. All my kids want to have their birthday dinner here now. He was courteous, respectful, and kind. Joao cares about his customer experience and overall well-being. He followed up with me ALMOST every day. He went above and beyond his limits of responsibilities and did what Uber Eats refused to do. I am giving 5 stars to Joao for his leadership and unmatched customer service. ZERO stars to Uber Eats, who were dismissive and rude.“
