Did an online order that ended up being completely terrible. Paid for double chicken and got less than a single serving asked for lite salsa and my bowl was completely covered in salsa and order a side tortilla that was completely ripped. I did not know double chicken meant 8 pieces glad the company quality and service has gotten to point that it has.

It is so beyond disgusting at this location. They’re out of everything at noon time and all the grown men are standing there watching the younger people struggle at their job. The entire line is disgusting & and unsanitary. Attitudes are terrible. I never review any place but this chipotle is bad. Do not come here.

My wife and I love Chipotle, but though this location is only 1 mile away from home we will not be going there anymore. This location is consistently dirty, out of common ingredients, and handing out subpar helpings of food. Can't remember the last time they had dressing for the salads they sell. The self serve drink/condiment area is typically in disarray and out of everything. This Nashua location is terrible and needs some immediate attention from corporate or just close it down.

The Salads were good but having no salad dressing without a replacement or money taken off is just bad biz!! Who doesn't have salad dressing for salads?? I've never encountered this before. My husband ordered and picked it up. I would have questioned it and asked to at least not get charged for the extra guac.

The staff was very friendly and responsive.I had ordered two chicken tacos, and one beef taco.All of the meat was cold. This was not a pleasurable experience. I had first thought that maybe I arrived too late and they were closing. I arrived before 8 PM and they do not close until 10 PM.This was a horrible way to experience Chipotle, which is usually very high-quality for a chain restaurant.

I have worked at Chipotle for 6 years, 4 of the years being at Amherst st location. On Sunday i had ordered take-out. Walking in it was the dirtiest dining area I have ever seen, every table was dirty, the drink station was all wrecked and the ice machine wasn't able to be used because the nozzle to get the ice wasn't attached. Mind you it was 4 that I went to pick up my order so the place wasn't busy at all. So the dining area should not have looked the way it was and not one person made an effort to go out and clean while I was waiting on my order. The back of the store was even worse. Every trash can overflowing dirty dishes seen, crew members talking about getting out on time instead of being concerned for the disgusting store that it was. When I received my food it was cold. I had waited to be taken care of for about 10 to 15 minutes before someone had asked me the name for the order. All along that I was waiting for my order it just sat there getting colder and colder. The person that gave me my order wasn't very thorough and I had to point out things that weren't with my order. I'm honestly really disappointed with how this store has run into the ground. I get it and how bad it could get.....but this was Sunday with people coming here and there but never a line to the point where crew members were to busy to be able to tend to cleaning. Instead they were worried about what time to get out. I seriously don't know how this store is still running. There is no care, the atmosphere wasn't very welcoming or clean for that matter and the food was cold and disappointing. I love chipotle but definitely have to say I don't think ill be coming back. Everytime I have gone to get food its always dirty and disappointing. I wish I had taken pictures honestly because the place was beyond disgusting.
Really like the food. The Nashua NH Amherst St. establishment on the other hand is a dump. Overflowing trash, swept piles of trash on the floor behind the register, more than one broom leaning on the ordering counter. The dining area was trashed. There was even an employee glove on the floor in front of the bathroom (imagine if someone stepped on it and fell?). It was not busy (no line) and lots of employees standing at their post doing nothing. I’ve been going there since it opened and it has always been messy but it’s at the point where obviously no one gives a $h!t.

Place was a dump. Old tables set up like picnic tables and the whole establishment was just overall dirty looking. The place had loud music playing and had a hard time hearing what the servers wanted to give us. At the coke machine there was trash everywhere. Noone cleaned up this place in a while. Just overall nasty place to eat. I'll never go back here and will never recommend it. Overall dump. Save your money go somewhere else. Large pot holes in parking lot never repaired at drive through. I knew it was a kids hang out when I walked in and heard the music outside it was so loud....Place is a joke.Kid-friendliness: Not at all cussing going on
