I've been to a few Chipotle locations and my experience here was particularly worse than that of others.They were out of most ingredients (I ended up with a burrito bowl with only rice, beans, meat, and cheese because that's pretty much all they had). Chipotle is always good, and the food quality here was as expected, once we got it. The line was slow because they only had one server for a Sunday afternoon. The supplies were low and had to be refilled a couple times while we waited, which was done by the single server, which didn't help the wait time. Aside from that, not too bad.
While ordering on the Chipotle Website, the site switched the pickup location to Quincy, MA. When we reached the store, we were surprised to see the wrong location that got selected. The manager of the store took action by taking care of whatever we ordered. We didn't have to cancel and reorder. He asked his coworker to make our order quick for us to have the food when we were hungry and running late for our black Friday shopping.
