The Comfort Kitchen & Bar is a my family’s go to spot for great food in a relaxed and comfortable environment. The decor is cozy and filled with memorabilia that celebrates the unique history of the hill towns. The staff is friendly and fun in a manner reminiscent of Cheers. Great food and atmosphere! Our waiter was attentive and fun. Can't wait to go again. Worth the trip!
We met friends for lunch, 3 of us ordered off the specials board. Posted $13.99, but our waitress informed us that what we ordered one chicken pot pie and two shepherd's pie were $2 more than posted. New Owner. OK, we agreed to pay the increase. The meals were very good, home cooking and amble servings. Including 20% tip, lunch for 2 came to $48. A Downhill Menu, next time we will stick with a burger.
