Two days after I was told, face to face, that a cake couldn't be made for the dates I was looking for, I continue to receive messages saying to call and make the deposit that this could happen. HORRIBLE business practices! All set with the run around. Have a company meeting and get your stories straight.

I called these women with a very embarrassing request and they took my order didn't bat an eye and made my husband the best 40th birthday cake I could have ever asked for. Very nice job ladies and they did it so fast and for a reasonable price! I will be ordering all my future cakes through this bakery.

The cake was great! I ordered a week in advance and the cake came out just like the picture. Will definitely be going back for future cake needs. Their store had some smaller pastries for sale in their display case that also looked amazing.

After sending two emails inquiring about a large cupcake order and getting no response, I called. The person who answered was rude and said that they weren't taking orders past November 1st. No acknowledgement or interest in my order for a date past that. How can places like this stay in business?

I found Cruzin Cakes thru Google and later discovered that friends had ordered cakes from them before and loved the cakes. I wholeheartedly agree! The pull apart cupcake cake was sooo incredibly moist and fantastic chocolate flavor. My order was relatively last minute (~ 1 week out) and everyone i spoke to on the phone and via email were helpful and professional. Also turned out exactly as requested and everyone raved about it at the party.

I found this bakery through Google and figured I’d give it a try. We ordered a two tier cake for my daughter’s Luau themed baby shower and we were not disappointed at all. The cake was beautiful and delicious and everyone that was there wanted a second piece. Another reason we chose them was the price, which I found to be much more reasonable and affordable than any other bakery that I called. Thank you ladies for giving my daughter exactly what she wanted!

The cakes they make taste great and never a complaint from anyone. They’ve made a number of custom cakes for us over many years (even prior to being Cruzin Cakes). They always aim to please, great artistry, and always impressed with how they turn out. We’ve tossed them some pretty challenging designs, too.
