I came in to order two dozen and a box of Joe for my employees. It was just before 5am. I was met with rudeness because I “didn’t call ahead” and the employees had 3 people in line. The male working here was super negative and rude. And it wasn’t that busy and no one else was being rude.

The only downfall to this Dunks is the wait... We waited inside for 20 minutes... Literally... The concern was the drive through. If I would have known that I would have used the drive through. Other than that the people that were standing there with me were awesome. The staff is great, when they get the gumption to actually talk to you...

Worker today 4/8/24, 10 AM, was the rudest. Constantly giving attitude, seemed really annoyed that he had a job to do. Ask for a receipt and essentially told to f-off

Didn't acknowledge drive thru at drive up, when driver said good morning they were short with her and told her to wait. After ordering they directed her out of the drive thru pick up "because they have been on us about our drive thru time" they handed us an incomplete order after waiting in the lot, claimed they hadn't charged for missing empanada when app and basic math showed otherwise

I am a senior and love Dunkins , I also love that I have always received a senior discount. But for some reason Nashua Dunkins don't give senior discounts. I have been traveling around NH recently and this is the first area that I have come across that does not follow suit as all other Dunkins I have visited. Otherwise great service great coffee.

ordered a iced macchiato today and they gave me matcha. Asked for a remake and it was still matcha. my mobile specifically said macchiato (espresso) not matcha (green tea) like what??

I understand they get very busy in the morning, but a smile won’t hurt you!! Also I got a coffee instead of a chai, realized once I was in the highway, stopped at another DD to get my chai and I had to pay of course AGAIN!! For my chai!!
