I go out of my way just to go to this location in nashua. Good service, food is always fresh and coffee is never burnt tasting. They get it right in this location that's for sure! Great job team!

The only downfall to this Dunks is the wait... We waited inside for 20 minutes... Literally... The concern was the drive through. If I would have known that I would have used the drive through. Other than that the people that were standing there with me were awesome. The staff is great, when they get the gumption to actually talk to you...

Worker today 4/8/24, 10 AM, was the rudest. Constantly giving attitude, seemed really annoyed that he had a job to do. Ask for a receipt and essentially told to f-off

Didn't acknowledge drive thru at drive up, when driver said good morning they were short with her and told her to wait. After ordering they directed her out of the drive thru pick up "because they have been on us about our drive thru time" they handed us an incomplete order after waiting in the lot, claimed they hadn't charged for missing empanada when app and basic math showed otherwise

I am a senior and love Dunkins , I also love that I have always received a senior discount. But for some reason Nashua Dunkins don't give senior discounts. I have been traveling around NH recently and this is the first area that I have come across that does not follow suit as all other Dunkins I have visited. Otherwise great service great coffee.
ordered a iced macchiato today and they gave me matcha. Asked for a remake and it was still matcha. my mobile specifically said macchiato (espresso) not matcha (green tea) like what??

I understand they get very busy in the morning, but a smile won’t hurt you!! Also I got a coffee instead of a chai, realized once I was in the highway, stopped at another DD to get my chai and I had to pay of course AGAIN!! For my chai!!

I've been TRYING to get my ice coffee and food item in this location every week day at various times early morning between 4:45 am - 6am and they only worry about the drive-thru, like the lady that makes sandwiches ONLY eventually will scream that the front counter isn't open so you have to go down to the pick up counter to order... Wait to get said order ... Then wait to pay .... I'm pretty sure every once in a while the person in drive thru could be asked to wait a moment so that the 1 of 3 employees could take your order and money. Or maybe the other 2 employees could take an order... What infuriated me into doing a negative review is after I waited 10min being ignored is when the lazy sandwich maker didn't have any orders to cook she decided to make drinks while the other guy continued to take drive-thru orders.... HOW ABOUT YOU TAKE MY ORDER, THE CUSTOMER THAT'S IN THE STORE... If I didn't need to buy my ice and snacks and gas, I would go thru the fast track... So now I gotta stop at two locations before my hour+ commute...Or they will go out on break TOGETHER while the lines building up...If this store didn't have my favorite candy and reasonable gas prices I'd just avoid the aggravation..And I'd give this Dunkin'a negative 5
