I couldn't believe how fast they had my order ready! I've never had a sandwich made so quickly. I paid, and barely 10 seconds later, I was handed my sandwich by another employee! The only complaint, which isn't a true complaint, is there was a small burn spot on my sandwich! No big deal! Fastest Dunkins Ever!!Parking: It's a small parking lot. Just be careful backing out!

This has to be the slowest Dunkin location in New England. Waited 14 minutes in the drive through line and didn't even make it up to order. Went a different day but went inside, and again Waited about 10 minutes at the counter before any even bothered to take my order.

This dunks is sort of hit or miss in the morning. Sometimes you can get into the parking lot and other times not. I've never had an issue with my order here which is more than I can say for the dunks on broad st.

Ordered here 3 times thinking each time it would get better. I've given up.. never again. Staff is not friendly - which i can deal if the food and coffee is good not a huge deal- but if the food is terrible AND the customer service is awful def doesnt deserve my money. I ordered food.. it was cold. Ordered hot chocolate and somehow it had a slimy film over the top of it. I'm not sure how that's possible but irregardless it went right in the trash. I've Ordered 2 coffees here and both times were very watered down. Not worth the inconvenience to try again.

Waited it seemed like a eternity in the drive-through ordered muchkins for the kids and a coffee. I looked into the muchins box to check and I spotted 2 hairs on 2 different munchkins 1 black hair and another was white I was so disgusted I went inside and there seemd to be plenty of workers so I didnt understand the slow service in drive throughI asked for a refund and a women did the refund had a attitude like I was inconvenience her. I don't think I go to this one again.

Unless you wanna get a bacon egg and cheese WITHOUT THE EGG, don't go here. My husband and I were here after I had to have my baby checked. He wanted a black peper bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, which apparently at their store is over $8! Well, they forgot the egg in his sandwich and only put one piece of bacon, plus my drink wasn't right. Well my drink gets fixed, but the "fixed" sandwich STILL HAD NO EGG!!!! We were already on the road, so we tried to call, busy line. Yeah, when I deliver my baby and I want a drink. I'm gonna ask someone to drive a bit further to the other Dunkin.....not dealing with that again.....
