This dunks is sort of hit or miss in the morning. Sometimes you can get into the parking lot and other times not. I've never had an issue with my order here which is more than I can say for the dunks on broad st.
Ordered here 3 times thinking each time it would get better. I've given up.. never again. Staff is not friendly - which i can deal if the food and coffee is good not a huge deal- but if the food is terrible AND the customer service is awful def doesnt deserve my money. I ordered food.. it was cold. Ordered hot chocolate and somehow it had a slimy film over the top of it. I'm not sure how that's possible but irregardless it went right in the trash. I couldn't believe how fast they had my order ready! I've never had a sandwich made so quickly. I paid, and barely 10 seconds later, I was handed my sandwich by another employee! The only complaint, which isn't a true complaint, is there was a small burn spot on my sandwich! No big deal! Fastest Dunkins Ever!!Parking: It's a small parking lot. Just be careful backing out!
