Food is on par with any other Dunkin'. Service is polite and pleasant. However order accuracy is often lacking, and lines are usually excruciating at the times I go. I wish they would properly staff this location, because it must be hell working there.

Lorena is such an amazing worker! She is the only one that I will allow to make my coffee. Let's say by some chance she isn't there in someone else has to make it it just doesn't taste right. If I go there and she's busy doing something else I will wait I don't care how long, just so she's the one that makes it ?

I couldn't believe how fast they had my order ready! I've never had a sandwich made so quickly. I paid, and barely 10 seconds later, I was handed my sandwich by another employee! The only complaint, which isn't a true complaint, is there was a small burn spot on my sandwich! No big deal! Fastest Dunkins Ever!!
