Waited In drive through around 8 tonight while nobody was in line before me for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Then I tell them my order and they just say Ok. No "Total " no "go to this window just silence" and then when I went to 1st window waited for about 3 minutes for her to slide my card to be told to go to 2nd window the car behind me just leaves. Then cherry on the cake is I wanted 7 ketchups and she looked at me like something was wrong with me like completely...read full review
I stop at this Dunkin every evening for two coffees, 1 medium hot black and 1 small decaf black. On several occasions the decaf was cold. Only a couple of the employees insure its hot. Most just pour it from the carafe and never check it. I ask, is it hot, they say yes. But many times its cold. The decaf should be in a pot just like the regular coffee is so it stays hot. If this does not stop I will not be going there.

"Why am I not surprised" shouldnt be the first words said when someone is told they have another food order. Vaping while walking past customers when going to clock in is also pretty ignorant. Food was good and timely and the clerk who took the order was very nice.
