Have been going here for ten years, and its only gotten worse. Its still the best dunkins in nashua, but the service is incredibly slow. Even when not busy. Staff ignores you when you are standing right at the ordering desk or waiting for an online order for 5+ minutes. Paid EXTRA for extra cheese and bacon on my loaded hashbrowns and I barely got anything.
I always go through the drive through, and everyone regardless of night shift or morning are always nice and polite, I always get a laugh outta some workers and we share conversations. My food is always made with care and appreciation, and I appreciate all of the workers here. I love the butter pecan coffee always my go to for coffee and its made wonderfully. Keep on doing what your doing dunkins!! You rock
The donut was not fresh My drink came out and I did not hear all the noise .I waited 15 min $3 refresher they didn't bother to look at. I came as I thought I would get a free donut birthday like the past. Bug noore or couldn't find it. The table was not as between my people washedmyown
