Update (March 3): Went in early for a large cold brew with French vanilla swirl and somehow walked out with two back-to-back cups that tasted like straight cold brew with cream. The first one had zero vanilla, so I went back. The second one was supposed to have seven pumps of swirl, but it was just as dark, just as bitter, and still had no vanilla at all. Not even a tiny bit settling at the bottom like it normally does. I’m all for giving places a fair shot, but I shouldn’t...
Have been going here for ten years, and its only gotten worse. Its still the best dunkins in nashua, but the service is incredibly slow. Even when not busy. Staff ignores you when you are standing right at the ordering desk or waiting for an online order for 5+ minutes. Paid EXTRA for extra cheese and bacon on my loaded hashbrowns and I barely got anything.
I always go through the drive through, and everyone regardless of night shift or morning are always nice and polite, I always get a laugh outta some workers and we share conversations. My food is always made with care and appreciation, and I appreciate all of the workers here. I love the butter pecan coffee always my go to for coffee and its made wonderfully. Keep on doing what your doing dunkins!! You rock
