In regards to the review Mr. Bennett submitted, you didn't call our sales line. You called our hotline for forecasts. All you had to do was leave your name and number and I would have been happy to call you back. I'm in the office at 3:30 am each morning and actually go home for part of the day. This is the first time in over 17 years in business I have had someone complain about having to leave their name and number for a return call from us.

Called to get prices and services they offer on their "sales line", the guy had no idea what a rate card (your prices for service) was. he just pushed me off to another person who wasn't there. If you don't know what a rate card is or what your prices are or cant get me in touch with someone who can sell me a service, that's ok. I am sure there are other people who so the same thing. My question is, being in the business that you are on and claiming that you have superb customer service, why in the hell do you have a person that is totally useless answering the sales line? WOW I will not be going with your service.
