I came into this establishment at the end of the bartenders shift. This lady bartender was beyond rude. The blonde headed one. Eye rolls, deep sighs and just plain rude. So much so that I had to ask her what her problem was. I just got there and sat down for just one drink and got her “service.” I was baffled as to why she was so rude to me. The security guard heard how she treated me and told me that’s just how she is(really?). I asked her why she was rude to me and that made her tell the security guard I was a problem. He developed “white knight syndrome” quickly and took her side and made me leave. It seems this establishment doesn’t understand who pays the bills. And for that reason, I’ll never return. That security guard watched everything from the very beginning and knew, and admitted that she was extremely rude. But at the end of the day, I became less than a customer. This place is just rude and the security guard is an uncle Tom.

First time here, tons of slots, food was pretty good, service at the bar was good too, definitely worth a stop!

Always love my trips to the Lucky Moose. Great food and drink. Can't beat the atmosphere! I usually leave better than I came with.

Lots of video slots along with a couple black jack and roulette tables make up the gaming at this small but entertaining casino. Food menu had a good variety of pub food sandwiches and salads. Staff were friendly. Place was clean.

I want to add to Allan Goodwin's review from this past Friday night. First, their chicken fingers weren't that great this time and the fries were less than acceptable. Now about the gaming and New Hampshire Holdem. I agree with Allan use to be a good place to go but constantly I am one who likes to play NH Hampshire Holdem but there have been numerous time a table isn't open and I've been told they don't have enough dealers. Why have 4 NH 21 tables open and no Texas Holdem? As for Friday night I was lucky enough to be at the NH Holdem table when this occurred. I had heard there was a list started and there was 1 person on the list. When a spot became available and Allan was told there was a list he walked away. A few minutes later a woman walked over was told there was a list but then she was told she could sit down. This is unacceptable. As much as I like to play NH Holdem I guess I will go play Mississippi Stud at Gate City.

Used to be a nice place that my wife and I would go to regularly. Now all of the tables are the same game. Nice if you want to play NH21. Not so nice if you want to play NH Hold'em. My wife and our friend got a seat after waiting for a while. I decided to wait for the next seat. I walked around for 1-1/2 hours waiting for a seat. Finally, one opens up, but then i find out there's a waiting list???? What? I never knew that was a thing. Thanks for ruining our night out. Advice: If you have a waiting list for a table and empty seats at other tables, change a table to the one with the waiting list. Still steaming mad. I'm not looking forward to going back.

I wish I could give it 0 stars but hey at least the lights were on. I think I was mispaid by the cage Friday night but I didn't realize until I left. I had heard great things about this place until I went in and noticed the absolutely MISERABLE staff and what it seems to be a lack of control by the owners. While playing I overheard discussions about poor wages and the termination of two senior managers. Hmm maybe your staff wouldn't be MISERABLE if you paid them correctly/treated your staff fairly.

I'm very disappointed, I not a gambling but watching my wife playing roulette and almost kick out for using phone.

I recently joined and enjoyed a few visits only to be surprised yesterday with a wall of slot machines not operational and more game tables replacing other slots. It's too early to judge, but if the slot prices rise my visits will decrease.
