Just like any other McDonald's, but lately they've been messing up every single order I've placed. From forgetting to put some items I bought in my bag, to not following the specifics for my order (no sugar in coffee, not toppings on burgers, etc.). I'm not sure what's been going on there, but the service had not been great lately.

I'm writing this review mainly because of one outstanding employee. His name is Raymond. No matter how busy it is, he is always kind, patient, professional and pleasant. He is extremely hard-working and dedicated to his job and to doing it well. He sets an excellent example for others and has cornered the market in how to do one's job very well. Ypu are very lucky to have him, (although hopefully you already know that ;)

I was there on a day when a Karen decided to freak out at a young girl. This guy was ridiculous! The poor girl was very professional, as was her coworkers. I was visiting from Utah. I've never seen anything like this, man. I'm giving 5 stars because I would have thrown a drink in his face. I don't know how they stayed calm. Also they were very kind to me as I ordered. Good job, ladies, for not letting this little man get to you.
