waitress was extremely knowledgeable, obvious she had spent considerable time learning all about the dishes and what went into them, helpful with suggestions etc. foor was exceptional - Caesar salad with anchovies, lasagna, deserta, gin gimlet -- yum....
The hostess was very receptive and prompt. We sat in an area that was a little noisy but that was not at restaurants fault. There was a large party sitting right near us. The service and food was very good, the soda was very syrupy. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. Overall it was a good experience.
Mike's Italian Kitchen is outstanding in every way. This was our second dining experience there—first with another couple and then just the two of us after discovering an unused gift card we received. The braised short ribs served over homemade pasta were perfect. My husband ordered the sausage, meatballs, and homemade pasta, which were also fantastic. We started with Limoncello martinis, enjoyed a garden salad and bread, and main dishes. We finished with lemon cake recommended...
