“Upon entering, the atmosphere is a little chilly- which can be nice in the summer. The owner is kind and courteous and takes our orders promptly. The selection on the menu is variable with many pho variations. The wait for our food can be somewhat lengthy but is always worth it. We are given very nice chopsticks, a soup spoon, and a fork to enjoy our meal with . The pho is always delicious no matter what variation we get. The broth is rich and full of flavor. The seasonings and garnish gently complement the bone broth. The meat is always well-cooked, as well as quail eggs that are included in some of the pho. The noodles are cooked nicely, and the vegetables are hearty. My mother and I make the hour drive whenever we can for this delicious food, kind service, and calm atmosphere.
