The staff is friendly, helpful and it’s my favorite Starbucks. 10 years plus.. I love the bacon Gouda and the tomato basil sandwich. It’s a staple.

This starbucks used to be good. 2023 and later this place has reallllly gone downhill. Zero customer service skills, coffee actually can be bad at times, and worst of all your meal prepper. Whoever you have working your meal station on weekends (Sept/Oct 25) is worse than your avg dunkin employee. That single person has cost me $25 so far.. put a mop in their hand not something that involves reading and accuracy..

It's coffee, and more. My last visit was a little frustrating, but it was busy so I'm ok. Everyone was doing an amazing job behind the counter.
I was greeted by a host today instead of being relegated to wait for somebody to make eye contact. This is quite a new and beautiful thing!

This is the Starbucks I’ve always been going to but been more hesitant lately. They have a couple guys that work there that look like they never take a shower. Then these guys hand me my drink with their filthy hand over the lid where my mouth is gonna go. If you’re gonna hire guys at least make sure they take a shower before coming to work and stop touching the mouth hole with their dirty fingers.

$7 for burnt dirty water. Remade it and was even worse the 2nd time! Staff are ignorant and could care less, and it shows in the overpriced drinks they throw out the window at you. Zero customer service skills. Zero quality control.

Worst experience ever !!my drink wasn’t made right the manager was rude and she wouldn’t remake it or put ice. What kind of service is this ? I am serve safe certified. Will also be contacting the ceo of Starbucks or her manager . You shouldn’t be in customer service pshh going back to dunkins
