This is the Starbucks I’ve always been going to but been more hesitant lately. They have a couple guys that work there that look like they never take a shower. Then these guys hand me my drink with their filthy hand over the lid where my mouth is gonna go. If you’re gonna hire guys at least make sure they take a shower before coming to work and stop touching the mouth hole with their dirty fingers.

$7 for burnt dirty water. Remade it and was even worse the 2nd time! Staff are ignorant and could care less, and it shows in the overpriced drinks they throw out the window at you. Zero customer service skills. Zero quality control.

Worst experience ever !!my drink wasn’t made right the manager was rude and she wouldn’t remake it or put ice. What kind of service is this ? I am serve safe certified. Will also be contacting the ceo of Starbucks or her manager . You shouldn’t be in customer service pshh going back to dunkins

Every single time I go to this Starbucks I feel like a burden. A few employees have been rude, completely rude! Where did customer service go. The employees act like you are the reason they hate their life. I spend 20 a day at Starbucks but I work hard for my money. Tonight was the last straw for me. I always try to be as nice as possible but this store is the rudest I’ve experienced! I have waited with no one else in line while three workers are in there, for ten minutes, just at the window at 7 at night for two drinks. Iced coffee and refresher. Do you think they are doing this on purpose? Yes, I’ve asked to speak to the manager to be blown off.
I will not spend my money or put myself into this situation where the employees are taking advantage and bullying customers. I’m done!
My advice, customer service training. If I stop going because the way you treat me I can promise you I am not the only one. Starbucks is not larger than life it’s a luxury and the people that spend their money supporting your business shouldn’t be bullied and should be treated with dignity.

Myself and 8 other cars stood in line for 15 min until I stepped out the car to go to the window and asked if they were going to attend up as two men stood there talking to each other ignore all of us. Once he saw me stand there he turned off some the lights didn’t acknowledge that I even came to the door.

This Starbucks is awesome. I gotta be honest though, I'm comparing it to the service I've received from the Amherst location, specifically the barista that works the drive thru.
This location is amazing and the service is top notch.

Hate this location for drive thru. Why don't you ask the person to pull over and drop in if their order is taking longer? Every time my wait time is more than 10 mins. This is ridiculous. I am choosing another location next time.

Stopped in during a massive walk in and drive thru rush, and the team was just rockin’ getting drinks and food out quickly and correctly. They were a well oiled machine and it was cool to watch. Great work to the team there this morning!!

I go here every morning I'd suggest downloading the app and ordering 15 minutes before and it gets you a few deals sometimes also use a gift card you get double stars and just keep reloading it
Vegetarian options: There's leafs and greens ?
Dietary restrictions: There's a lot of dairy, but it's worth it for the caramel cold foam
Wheelchair accessibility: If your in a wheelchair you deserve a starbucks coffee

This is our go-to Starbucks after our Hannaford trips, and easily one of the best Starbucks in the Nashua area. We always order Paradise and Pink drinks and they get the ratio of coconut milk to refresher perfect. They are also very fast on the drive through too.
