I want to give a shoutout to the staff here. I was working with my headphones on when a barista came around giving out samples. They didn't even approach me and respected my boundaries. I totally took my headphones off and snagged a sample but the thoughtfulness was very much appreciated.

The staff here really do a great job, I wish I remembered the person's name who made our drinks, but they did it very quickly. And the staff made our sandwiches fast too. This particular review goes out to our cashier, Atlas. They have a fantastic attitude every time I come here. Atlas is kind, patient, quick, and gives good recommendations. I really want to give this place a good review considering I come here all the time, but unfortunately I just can’t do that. This starbucks location is super convenient because I live right down the street, but I’ve had way too many problems from here lately. Lately this has been a pretty consistent problem of them not fulfilling my order correctly. I always mobile order my coffee ahead and most of the time it’s pretty decent. With the recent fall and winter menu changes I’ve been very eager to try some of the new items. For the past month I have been ordering EXTRA cold foam on my drinks (which is a $1.25) and every. single. time there is no cold foam on the drink. Then when I’m greeted at the window they shove the drink in my hand and don’t say anything. Once I see that my drink has no cold foam I already know what to expect from the drink. None of the flavoring, no cold foam, AND they leave about an inch of room at the top. If they can leave that much room at the top of my cup, why not put the cold foam I paid a fortune for? It’s just very frustrating because I love starbucks, but with this service and failing to complete a simple coffee order I don’t think I’ll keep coming here.*The picture below is the drink they handed me, I hadn’t even taken a sip yet*

service was extremely slow. The girl making the frap today at noon was extremely slow, we waited 10 more mins for the frap after my husband’s coffee was ready. Also we only asked for one syrup, but she added it two times since she forget she added it already.
